the info is great but the paypal nowadays does not consider/accept payoneer credit card for transaction. so, even though the account gets verified ,you will get two transactions from paypal but when you will use your payoneer card to complete the transaction ...It notifies you ....Payoneer master card not accepted ....use another option.
