I will love to answer this to all especially to members of PAKISTAN... Paypal does not support PAYONEER anymore, so don't waste your time with Paypal, instead use PAYZA!

11- Then it will take 1-2 business days for them to send two amounts to your Payoneer account.
12- After you receive the amounts, you can go to "PAYONEER" and login to your account.
13- You will see two transactions from Verification Department there.
14- Enter these two amounts in the verification form.
15- Congratulations! You have a verified PayPal account.
Now that you have a verified account, it is highly unlikely that PayPal will limit your account. Just follow these simple steps to make sure it doesn’t ever get limited.
1- After verifying your account, don’t login to the account for 3-4 days.
2- Clear your cache and cookies before logging into your account and after you have logged out.
3- Don’t accept money from unverified or objectionable sources.
4- Never use a proxy to login.

can you tell me how to get card ? i have account but there is no option to oder card !

Try This:
Follow these steps:
A. Open A PAYZA Account.
B. Aap aik BANK main account khol lain (agar nahi hai to), which supports VISA DEBIT CARD service... E.G. STANDARD CHARTERED BANK OR HBL ya phir jo bhi bank hai.
C. Transfer your $$ to PAYZA from CLIXSENSE & then transfer your $$ to VISA DEBIT CARD via CREDIT CARD option under WITHDRAW TAB in PAYZA. (BANK WIRE/TRANSFER option is also there).
D. The transaction will be completed in USD but the transferred amount will be displayed in your bank account in the local currency. Your bank may charge you currency conversion fees.
E. It will take 2-5 business days and money will be securely in your bank account.
Note:
1. Withdraw k liye zaroori nahi k aap ka PAYZA ACCOUNT verified ho ya validated ho, us ke baghair bhi app withdraw kar saktey ho, but account verify kar lain to behtar hai...
2. VISA Debit/Credit Card ke through withdrawal ke liye zaroori hai ke aap ke PAYZA account main $8 sy ziada hon, because $8 is the PAYZA fees to complete the transaction! So agar aap $8 yahan CS sy withdraw kar ke PAYZA main transfer karain gay to nothing will left to withdraw to bank account!
3. App STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, Ya HBL kisi bhi bank account ke card use kar saktey hai, bs yeh khayal rakhain k VISA DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ho, ku ke PAYZA MASTERCARD support nahi karta!
