Is it possible to Delete our current account Permanently and make new account ?

is se just close hota hai ... mere frnd ne kiya uska sara balance reset huwa bas ... jub dobara new bnany laga to isi account ki option dobara a gai k aap ka purana account abi hai ..... is liye mai poch rahi hun k PERMANENT kaise del hota hai account

dear ap ko kya pata k kon doba ha ap na tu just 50$ investment ki thi or i think 30$ app k rahtay hain or wo app k egopay processor ma pay ho jaen ga as soon as possible

i have whole data in excel 95% logon na site sa profit lea ha loss tu mujay hua ha dooba tu ma hun $21K i lost in forex ......yeh mari postion the forex ki i have made over 20k my daily profit was 450$+ you can see below my forex account .. my site was not like a clixsense my sites does not offer paid advertiser ads it was a investment platform

ptc-time or ptc-profit par jitni investment aati thi wo forex ma invest hoti thi ///////////aqhumza, hamzainsari ,ammadd sa poch lo k kya position thi ...................................forex loss ki waja sa site down hui ha or ki pending payment jo tho wo inshaalh pay ho ge me still working hard ........

Forex ak professional business ha or iss business ma jiss raftar sa earning hoti ha ussi raftar sa loss b ho sakta ha 95% peoples got paid lots of profit from my site............ ptc-time total paid $22k US Dollars to its members in just 5 months ..............clixsense ap ko 1 cent profit nhe pay karti khud sa ..we paid 50% profit from our self not from site revenue ..... or jahan tak payment ki bt ha wo app ko mil jae ge .......Forex ma hamn loss hua US crisis ki waja sa or issi loss ki waja sa yeh hal hua,,,,,,, if any body dont know about forex watch it Forex business

I have not created this post for other issues .... and if someone is unable to help then please avoid the post .... dukh ki bat to yeh hai k some seniors are also getting into this .....
