Everytime na magcclick ako ng ads, eto po ung lumalabas...

"THIS AD DID NOT LOAD PROPERLY, CLOSE THIS WINDOW AND TRY AGAIN."

nangyari eto right after mag enter ako ng captcha before entering www.clixsense.com. Me naka-experience din po sa inyo ng ganito? What to do?

1) Close the window that has the error

2) Log out

3) Clear your browser's cookie and cache ( make sure that you have logged out of all your online accounts before you do this part )

4) Close the browser

5) Count to 5-10sec, then re-open your browser and log-in again

Other things to check:
a) Make sure that you have all the necessary updates ( plug-ins / add-ons like Adobe Flash, JAVA )
b) Make sure that there's no other program/add-on/plug-in that prevents or blocks the actions of Flash
c) Periodically clean your browser every time you completely log out by using CCleaner ( at least once a day )
d) Periodically scan your gear ( desktop / laptop ) when you're offline ( make sure that you have updated them )

Pag ganyan nangyari, ganito ginagawa ko. Solve capcha, tapos mag eeror yan, close ko window.

Today, wa pa akong na-encounter na issue; last month oo -- nuong nag-update ang browser ko, but a quick clearing worked for me

Baka yun tinutukoy mo ay pag nag-view ka ng ad ay biglang mag-aalarm ang anti-virus mo?

Basta't na-solve mo ang captcha, ma-crecredit ka -- in any case may nakitang kang ad na may possible site-viral / malware infection, click on the "Report Problem" on the right side of the blue ad bar -- this will ask the viewer ( ikaw yun ) to submit a HelpDesk ticket; make a short brief explaination, then submit it -- note though, the system will still ask your confirmation; if this appears after you initially submit the Ticket, re-confirm it

To check if the ad you clicked was credited, hover your mouse over your account name ( sa tabi ng Sign Out tab ) at mula sa drop-down menu ay i-click ang PTC Clicks History -- sa window na ito, scroll down to see the ads that you clicked in chronological order ( pwede mo i-check lahat ng clicks mo dito since the day you signed up as well )

Last try: check if your programs ( Adobe Flash for both IE and Non-IE browsers must be v11.9.900.170 and Oracle JAVA should be v7u45 or v7.0.450 ) are up-to-date as of this post -- don't install any Beta updates of these programs since Beta variants are intended for Bug hunters / Programmers and removing them are quite a chore ( ruminants of those programs get annoying to remove safely )

Then, see if you can adjust your gear's ( PC desktop / Laptop ) clock -- some of the other members noted that they get results after adjusting the clocks

If you can, try to find time to make a screencap, post a copy here, and then create a HelpDesk ticket asking assistance from the Staff with a link to this Thread

so dapat pala i-report yung mga ganun ads. kaso ako ang click ko yung proceed at your own risk tapos ma credit na yung ad.

May case ako at times -- pag nagviview ako ng isang ad; that is, after the cat-captcha has been solved and the ad starts to play as expected, bilang mag-warning ang AV ko na possible site infection / infected links / malware site ang naviview ko -- ang ginagawa ko lang is that I let the timer finish and view the ad and thus na-crecredit ako, then I report the said ad via Report Problem

 After mag-log out, clear the cache and cookies, shutdown the browser, then do a Full ( hindi Quick ) AV and AM or Anti-malware scan -- MBAM is one of the few ones that does this -- then when that's done after an hour or so, run a Quick defrag ( use a Full defrag once a week -- doing a Full defrag everyday can damage your HD  ) and then shutdown/restart the gear

Heheh, matrabaho mag-alaga ng PC/Laptop, 'no?
