:idea: There are a few ways to know if a user is qualified to be suspended from ClixSense ( note that these rules are somehow similar in any PTC site )

1) If the user has created more than one account -- both accounts under the same IP will be suspended ( Please refer to: ClixSense HelpDesk FAQs -- "I share a home with my brother, my cousin, and his girlfriend - Can we each have a ClixSense account?"

2) If the user has violated any rules in regards to the Rules as stated ( Please see: Forum Rules | ClixSense Forum )

3) Other cases would be by payment details, sharing terminals or such, which can be similar to #1 ( Please see: ClixSense HelpDesk FAQs -- "Why is my account suspended?"

boss oberder is right.

hindi dapat ikumpara kung naging inactive ka for 90 days or what. mawawala lang balance mo but still you can activate your account but not suspended :)

Regarding number 1;

1. Smart MYbro ISP ko (wireless), sa pagkakaalam ko, it uses SAME IP address on multiple users, iba-iba lang MAC address na ginagamit ( di ko masyadong alam to, e2 lang inexplain skin nung naginstall ).

2. No other option regarding ISP, wired and globe di pa abot sa area namin, PLDT wala na daw available slot.

Pano pag ganito situation??

As long the rule of only one user per one computer ( Desktop / Taptop / Tablet ) -- if by any chance na may duda o kaba, mas mainam na mag-create ng HelpDesk Ticket and ask mo sa Staff in gerads to the ISPs in our country

Sa kakaalam ko, may isang member sa Indian Forums na nag-tanong in regards to a Internet Service Provider product in terms of using wireless dongles ( SMARTBro at Globe Tattoo sa atin ) and so far no issues in using it, as long that the member was the only one using it ( so balik sa statement ko sa taas )

:idea: BTW, when you do create a HelpDesk Ticket, make sure to inquire in English, and avoid text-speak ( shorthand phrases ) -- explain as much as you can about the issue, then just wait for the Staff to reply to you -- you'll be notified on your end as long you're online and logged into ClixSense ( alternatively, you can check the HelpDesk tab, then from the drop-down menu click on the My Tickets to see the status and reply of your created ticket )

hindi siguro basta walang another account for that ip address ng pocket wifi you are using.
