Dear naveedkamalia

If you using firefox follow these step to fix this problem

1) Click on TOOLS menu from menu bar
2) Now drop down menu will appear... Now click on OPTIONS
3) No click on ADVANCED tab from the above
4) Now click NETWORK tab
5) Click on SETTINGS and check on NO PROXY
6) click OK
