ho contattato il supporto andando sulla history del tab Surveys e ho cercato un sondaggio YS che all'interno di support mi permettesse di contattarli. Ovviamente nell'oggetto non era indicato il Click ID a cui mi riferivo ed infatti la loro prima risposta è stata picche. Però ho insistito spiegando loro il tutto. E me lo hanno appena accreditato. Ti faccio un copia ed incolla della corrispondenza se ti può aiutare. ciao

As you can see I completed the survey in 42 minutes and 44 seconds. Yet at the end of it instead of receiving the "congratulation page" a page with "you've already taken this survey" showed up which is very weird since it was the first time ever I had taken a survey on "online methods of pyment" (the subject of the survey).
I don't believe it's fair to have someone answering to all questions, have people work on a survey for more than 40 minutes and then not reward them.
Actually you're claiming that:
"There was no survey available, you did not qualify for this survey or the survey was closed before you could complete it"
How didn't I qualify for the survey Click ID 232,797,001 since the attached screenshot clearly shows that I have spent on the survey 42 minutes and 44 seconds!?!?

I'm referring to Click ID 232797001 as you can see on the attached screenshot. I contacted you through Click ID 232626885 only because I cannot send you the report (the system doesn't allow me) through Click ID 232797001. Please check again the attached screenshot and you'll understand what I mean.
On Click ID 232797001 I spent 42 minutes and 44 seconds, that is the necessary time to complete the survey on different online payment methods. After I had answered all the questions, instead of receiving the congratulation page, I got a page that claimed I had already taken that survey which is completely wrong because it was the first time I have ever took that survery.
