We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have encountered some technical issue with our prepaid cards at the moment. We have already notified our prepaid card department regarding this issue.

Therefore at the moment I cannot advise you whether your card will be shipped or the purchase price will be refunded to your e-wallet. However as soon as we have any more information or updates we will notify you by e-mail.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and thank you for your continued patience with this situation.

sis payza main abi kuch issues ke problem chal rahe hain jaise h ye solve hoga ap ko ap ka card mill jayega:)

Good News From Payza

We have identified the cause of these issues. While we investigate the solution, we will be providing substitute cards for active cardholders. These cards will be sent free-of-charge to anyone who currently has an active Payza prepaid card linked to their account.

We are currently in the process of acquiring the substitute cards. When they become available, active cardholders will receive an email providing further details.
