You have to use your affiliate link that is located in the Account Summary page. You can give that link to your friends or family so they can join as your referrals. Also you may buy some ads in other PTC and advertise your ads on those sites. You may also put your affiliate link in your facebook or twitter page. There are many ways to get referrals. Hope this answers your qestion.
