I just noticed that I got my First Referral, and they seem to be active and they have clicked 19 times and their last click was today! I really hope they stay Active! And also, can someone tell me if this means that I am now their Sponsor?

You are their sponsor. If you didn't hide your email address they can contact you.
Also you can find your referral email address under his/her ID.
Some of the sponsors prefer to contact them in case to explain better how ClixSense Program work. If you do that, please don't forget to not SPAM them otherwise you can lose them as active members.

I used to email them if there was available email address, but I don do this any more.
I just write "Personal Message to your Referrals" in the box right-up on the referrals page.
