Even among hindus this is prevalent I think little more than other religions, the epics of the religion stress much on rebirth. So i think there would be some mystery behind it as all religions preach rebirth

some say that there are seven different lives for a person and ones good deed in one life will bring prosperity in the next life meanwhile bad deeds will turn him to animal life .According to me all these are superstitious beliefs and such beliefs were brought to make people perfect by our ancestors. there is only one life in this world which we have to live it judiciously .human life is the most prestigious life and those who get it are gifted I think.but now humans are not understanding this truth and are destroying the universe with their selfish motive s

yes had people been honest in their attitude towards empathy what a wonderful world this would have been; but there is hope that many do service wholeheartedly which is a sign that humanity has not been completely wiped out

although both the terms are almost similar in many aspects ;which is the most needed feeling to sooth a person in dire condition? I would say empathy is more needed than sympathy to sooth people suffering from various ill conditions sympathy will only make them more sad and feel they are a burden to the world while a feeling of empathy from others during this trouble will develop a positive attitude towards life and try to deal effectively the dire condition, so empathy is more needed than sympathy

Today is world laughing day . in the modern world all are busy and cannot find time to laugh . experts have found that laughing wholeheartedly for hours can make us mentally and physically fit. So let us all find time to laugh for at least 2 hours daily by enjoying jokes with friends watching comic videos or simply laughing sitting alone in a room thinking of jokes we have experienced ( some may misunderstand as mad never mind) all these can no doubt increase our life span bcoz a healthy mind results in a healthy body wish you all a happy laughing day

There are many exercise that we practice to stay fit like walking , swimming, jogging aerobic exercises, dancing, cycling and several others. all have several benefits as well as defects for instance too much jogging can lead to osteoporosis as experts say . my favourite exercise is swimming which keeps all p[arts of the body active likewise other members may have different options pls share your opinion here also wishing you all a happy easter :D
