Are you referring to email notifs?

Not too sure what you mean about bots.

I can tell you from my experience it is one of the better surveys to do.

In regards to KIIP, I think the best time to possibly get a reward from those is after server time change.
I did 100 of them a day or so ago at server change and made a dollar. I believe I could have did many
more but my eyes were closing. :geek:

With a rent to own, the landlord usually is the one that covers all repairs, unless some
other agreement is made.

There is also something called a 'Land Contract' which is more of what I was describing.

A Land Contract you can purchase a house without being obligated to ever finish paying
for it. It's similar to a Rent to Own only much more detailed.

For example a Rent to Own would be a contract in which the landlord would agree to
sell you the house. In other words, as long as you live there, the landlord would sell
you the house if you ever wanted to buy it AND at least a portion or all of the rent you
paid would apply to the purchase price. It would be stated in the contract. In the mean
time, the landlord is usually the one that has to pay for upkeep and repairs.....roof damage,
plumbing, termite inspections, etc.

For example a Land Contract is similar to buying the house. All the money paid every
month, goes automatically to the purchase price. You've actually bought the house BUT
you can walk away from it at any time without receiving any type of penalty. With a Land
Contract, the house is yours, almost like paying a mortgage. You are responsible for repairs.
Land Contracts can vary depending on the contract. Agreement might be made to pay a
percentage down on the house just like you would if you were buying a house outright.

Some people ask 'Why would anyone sell a house on a Land Contract?' Well the answer
is rather easy. If a house cannot sell, for example. Perhaps the owner has listed the
house for sell but no buyers. As time goes by, the house sits empty which is not good.
So the owner can make a land contract deal with someone that perhaps has poor credit
but is stable and can make the payments. So it can benefit both buyer and seller.

Anyway, I hope that after that terrible scare you were able to successfully complete your business! :P

Its a cooperative property/apartment, So there's no access for a landlord or any estate agent.

I own 50% of my apartment and the union own the other 50%, They have no right to access my apartment (Does this exist in America?)

I have the responsibilty to maintain the interior, Their job is maintaining the exterior.

No. As far as I know there is no such thing as an apartment like you have stated, in America.

Of course, people can make various arrangements and contracts, so I suppose one could say
there is similar.

We have something called 'Time Shares'. Time Shares are usually vacation properties in which
people enter into an agreement to share the apartment/housing with other people and all parties
have the responsibility to pay. This can vary widely in regards to cost.

We have something called 'Rent to Own'. Some people that own property may offer to sell it on
a rental agreement. The person pays rent but can walk away any time he/she wants. Upkeep
can vary depending on the Rent to Own contract. With a Rent to Own, usually the renters have
to keep the place up because it is similar to buying it. The big difference here is that as I stated,
the renters can simply pack up and leave any time and not obligated to buy it. Also, with some
Rent to Own contracts, there may be varying stipulations. Some people will allow a renter to
apply a percentage of the rent to purchase. For example say the renter paid $500 a month for
ten years and the contract stated every month $200 would be applied to the purchase price if
the renter decided to purchase.

We also have people that just want someone to keep up the property and not let it run down.
So these people might rent out their property for little to nothing with the stipulation the renter
takes care of everything.

Most anything and everything goes here in America and simply depends on what people want
to do and the contract that choose to make.

Yes there are a lot of crazies out there and you know what.........

I believe they are getting younger.

Seriously for example the school shootings of which there was another
one this morning in a county I am very familiar with and hoping the dead
and shooter is no one I know. I have lots of relatives and some old friends
in that area. I'm almost afraid to hear the names.

I also heard on the news just yesterday that there is more serial killers
today than ever before in history.

Of course, one has to almost laugh at the 'ever before in history' since
the reality is, we don't have a lot of history. In other words, who is to
say how many serial killers were in the world in the 12th century.

I know one thing, those cereal killers better not try and get my cereal !

I read that they take place on Wednesdays. (Skrill).
Is it true??

I would think the day you receive your payment from ClixSense might vary.
There is holidays, etc so I wouldn't think the day of the week would always be the same.

It is puzzling, for sure.

Could be someone simply had their address mixed up. In other words, perhaps a
real estate agent or landlord, gave the keys to the person wanting to look at an
apartment for rent. Thinking your place was the address. Maybe the person was
even on the wrong street.

Sounds to me like, a simple mistake. But one never knows because there are a
lot lunatics out there and most lunatics do not have common sense.

Call the police.

ALWAYS call the police and it may help if you go ahead and call.

Just because the intruder went away, does not mean he is not watching.
If you call the police, the intruder may not see you as an easy target.

If you don't have a weapon, boil water in a large pan. When the intruder
opens your door to attack you, stand by the stove ready to throw the
boiling water on him.

Where I live, buckshot works wonders.

Bitconnect price went up down 90 percent!! » Post #21

Sat Jan 20, 2018 10:10 in General Talk

I don't understand any of it so I don't do any of it.

When it comes to actual money, it has to be something I can hold in my hand.
In regards to a money investment, I'd go and I do, go with Gold and Silver. I
invest in other stuff too such as minerals. Other tangible resources, land.

To me, and understand I am talking about me only, I am not into ghost money.
I feel it is about as close to a farst as it can get.

I do believe that some day, the average person will not be able to get their hands
on metals such as silver and gold in addition to other precious metals. When it gets
down to the nitty gritty, these are the types of resources that will always be of value.

I also do really believe the day is very near, that paper money will cease to exist
along with other forms such as plastic (credit cards). The pretense will be that these
items are too risky, can be lost or stolen. The only way we'll really be able to buy and
sell in the future, will be robotic thru implanted chips. They will do this stating it is
the best way to protect ourselves from thieves. So when I see the imaginary money
such as bitcoin in discussion, I see something arriving that is not good for the future
of mankind.

My only suggestion would be if you invest in ghost money, to pull out your profits
as you can and invest in gold or silver or some other tangible cash source.

Do You Take the Flu Shot? » Post #15

Sat Jan 20, 2018 07:57 in General Talk

My cold lasted one day.

I've done that before in the most recent couple of years, have a cold for a day.
It is weird.

I wake up with a dripping nose, like a drip coffee maker. Then the constant
sneezing. I take various cold meds and the next day it is like it never happen.

It is almost as if it is more of an allergy.

I did take the flu shot last year in Feb. Only did so because I was in the hospital
and they kept strongly suggesting it so I finally said go ahead.

Some times I think that people simply get scared due to the news. I am not
suggesting to take it or not take it. I am just saying that when the media makes
a big hoopla such as they have this year, more people get scared and any little
cold they get, they run to the hospital thinking they might die from the flu if they
don't.

The hospitals have been over-flowing in the USA due to the flu. But if I was the
media, I would have to say the hospital is over flowing due to people thinking they
have the flu.

I know because when I worked in the hospital, same happen. We were always full
of sick children during flu season and most did not have the flu.

Yep, I am with you on that. Best to stay home if you can and not get out around
possible sick people. That's the bad thing about sitting in a doctors waiting room.

I do remember when people were ordering the flu shot thingie back some years
ago when there was a shortage.

There is a lot of drugs that people can have shipped to their home and that has
been going on for a long time, even long before the internet. I recall a retired
army vet that would receive his meds in the mail. That was back in the 1980's.
So I would think they could get up to date and mail everyone flu pills/vials/some
thing.

All I know is, it's not the 1500's any more. People need to take
responsibility and stop having ten plus children. In fact, many
people shouldn't have children at all.

Just recently in America two parents are arrested for keeping their
THIRTEEN children chained, starved, etc. Should have those two
people ever had children?

So what I am saying is there are people that have children that shouldn't.
There are also people that have way too many children. Today, no matter
where you live, it is not a good idea to have 7, 10, 13, etc children.

People need to realize there are a lot of poor starving children in the world.

I have three children and in my opinion, that is plenty of kids for any one
family to have. I had enough sense to have my tubes tied after the third.
Some people are like rabbits, they just keep breeding.

Ya, I used to never get sick.

Then one day I turned 60.

It was like hundreds of tiny match stick men marched in and the captain said
'she's 60, lets get to work and make her sick'.
