Does it even work? Apparently it just masks the smell slightly.

The new eau de parfum huh? Fresh tomato with hints of clove, coriander, cinnamon and a faint aroma of skunk.

YES.

You may read some where that it doesn't help but it truly does. Most of what you may read
is by people that have never even been around a skunk.

It's not perfection and I suppose it has a lot to do with the acidity of the juice.

If you or your dog get up front and personal with a skunk..............errr or back and get sprayed
heavily, you can take a bath in tomato juice FIRST and then take a soapy bath. Same goes for
the dog.

Surveys a waste of time » Post #4

South Africa is not in the top countries to get surveys.
All you can do is look daily to see if there is any.

He's having the bovine *pig valve.

He is 69 and was born with a window in the heart. In 1968 when he was 19 years old, he
had open heart surgery to close it. Back then they could not perform that type of surgery
on babies/children.

Today, however, most of his issue is probably due to heavy smoking and hard life, to say
the least.

He is my ex-husband.

They're going to also take some veins from his leg, put stints and I don't know what else.

I picked him up today. He was in the hospital 5 days going thru all the tests and is scheduled
for surgery the 15th.

It's a good hospital and good surgeons. He has 4 doctors and the main heart surgeon is
from India. He likes them all.

They did try to get his old records from West Virginia when he had surgery there 50 years
ago! No such luck. His name was still in the records but that was all.

I think he will be fine. As is he can barely breath and can only take a few steps before he
has to stop and bend over to get air.

It's an hour drive to the hospital. With all the rain and flooding, I was not
able to go there today. However, the rain is suppose to be cleared out by
Friday.

Take good care of him Val, Hope he recovers soon :)

My mom suffers from hypochondriasis and are at the hospital up to 10 days every month (You should see her medicine cabinet :o ) She could open her own pharmacy.

Good luck with your loved one, And give him lot's of love and care ;)

They've scheduled his surgery for about two weeks down the road.
Going to pick him up today in a bit.
He will be having valve replacement and also taking some veins from his leg and some stints.

My grandmother, when alive, would go to the doctor at least once a month and usually more.
She would get a B12 shot. She'd say, I got to go to doctor and get my B12 shot. I often
wondered if it wasn't just water/placebo. According to her, every day something was wrong
with her. She lived to be about 82 and died a very peaceful death. She had a smile on her
face as she passed. In my head instead of hearing out loud 'I have joint pain in my leg today' or 'I
have a cold today' or 'my arthritis is acting up today'.........I heard 'I died today'. As if to day,
I am happy because something else is wrong with me today.

I was accessing the internet in the early 90's.

I kind of liked those AOL cd's. Not too great as coasters but worked well in target practice.
