New game ..........................tasman1 » Post #3

Wed Mar 04, 2020 07:29 in General Talk

There was a program on TV a few years ago about people that did things to save money.
There was a family in which the wife cut up rags and the family used the rags as toilet
paper. She kept two buckets in the bathroom. One bucket was for the clean rags and
the other was for the dirty rags. She would wash and dry the dirty rags.

I thought that mighty crazy but then again, mighty smart. Toilet paper has become

In the USA many people such as myself, purchase both toilet paper and wipes.

I guess a person could collect leaves from trees.

Banana skins would work pretty'd have a sweet butt.

Banana butt Banana butt Banana butt!

LOL. No I was not an anxious patient.

I will ask him this week what he puts in the iv.

No, no needle to the eye. They do place many drops in the eye before the surgery.....and after.

Yes start placing drops in the eyes several days BEFORE the surgery and then for three weeks
AFTER the surgery.

Yes it is mighty weird to think of anything going into the eye plus being cut.

I have two very large buckets in one closet that are now about 6 or 7 years old.
They are extremely heavy and I have never opened them. I also have a special
opener for them placed atop one of them. They are packed with food. Each
bucket is good for 25 years. I think each bucket will feed one person for one
month. It might be two persons for one month, I forget. When I bought those
they were $50 a bucket. Last I looked, they are now $175 a bucket! That's
how much the price on those exact buckets have increased in 6 or 7 years.

The buckets contain various foods in malabar (not sure I spelled that correctly)
bags. They also contain the stuff to create a fire. I think it's mostly soups,
rice dishes, stews, beans, dried fruits and such.

Well, I have not done it in a long time but I have a dehydrator and have dried
banana chips myself.

Looks like you requested two payments and both were refunded to your ySense account.

My guess would be your PayPal account is not a perfect match with your ySense account.

You say all requirements are matched but you may want to double check that.

Your name and email must match EXACTLY the same as in ySense.

If all is a perfect match, submit a support ticket to ySense.

My sister and I were at Walmart today and everything seemed to be in stock as usual.
I did see a few low items but nothing unusual.

Actually, I've been attempting the opposite without much luck. In other words, I am
always stocked to the brim.

My best friend as a child is Polish. Her families basement was always stocked with
goodies. Extra's like TP, Crisco, Soap, can goods, etc. She told me that since her
parents had gone thru the depression, they kept stocked up on stuff. My family
was close to the same and now I do the same too.

I probably have enough supplies to last one to two years.

No point worrying about it.

Keep yourself protected and not venture out any more than you have to.
Keep plenty of supplies on hand. That's about all you can do.

I've had several types of surgeries in my life time and I never got sick after surgery....
until this cataract surgery.

Yes they put put an IV in my hand. They shot two syringes of something in there.

I lost count on the drops before surgery in the outpatient. My guess is, about 30
or more drops.

The nurse that called to follow up on me this morning, just said to be sure and
let him know this Friday. She said they will generally put something behind the
ear. I thought that an odd thing to say. I wasn't off balance.

They do put lens implants in the eyes too, by the way.

The drops I take are very expensive but I have good insurance. One of the drops
I take is $75.00. The other two I take are approximately $45 each.

Adrian Brody ate raw stuff in 'The Pianist'.

I have a large can of bananas. Dried Banana chips. Crisp and sweet but you can eat them as is
or put them in stuff.

I guess if you had enough hydration in your stomach, the pasta would pass thru just fine.

Reminds me of something I heard in the show 'Outlander'. The guy says that the man got
kicked in the mouth by a bull and it knocked all his teeth down his throat. The man said
he was afraid to take a sxxx for fear he would get bit on the axx.

I know that. If you want to get technical about it, it would depend on what type of disaster it is.

You can eat pasta without cooking it. I suspect it wouldn't be very tasty.

PS. YES there is bananas in a can

Welcome aboard and Welcome to the ySense forums! :P

Due to your locations, you probably won't see many surveys to do. Surveys are based on your profile.
It's still worth it to look every day to see if there is surveys available.

You both may fair better with Tasks. Tasks can be slow at first. You need to read the instructions very
carefully and do your best to make high accurate scores. As you progress to higher levels, you will see
more available tasks.

LOL

Better safe than sorry!

They always say everyone should have enough supplies to last at least two weeks.

What I think is rather odd is the doomsday preppers. If it comes to 'doomsday' I'd
just as soon be dead as fast as possible. I wouldn't want to live in a hole in the
ground and eat beans and peanut butter for days on end until I ran out and had to
starve to death.

China had the one child rule for many years and in so doing, the people grew old
with no adult children to care for them.

 I say survey so much here and read survey so much, I automatically typed survey
instead of surgery.

They said some times people do get sick from the anesthesia. They told me to be sure
and let them know next week because there is a drug they can put in the IV to prevent

I'm not sure but guessing it was phenobarbital they gave me in my IV. Whatever it was,
sure made me sick.

I had my surgery this morning and my experience was not a great one.
The survey went fine, it was after surgery.

I got hot and sick and the nurse was fanning me. Then after I got dressed,
I got sick and grabbed my jacket and puked all over it. Then I had to go
over from outpatient to the eye doctor office for eye pressure tests, etc
and when I got there, I practically ran from the car into the building to the
bathroom.....made it and puked in the trash can. I then tossed my puke
infested jacket into the trash can.

I made it to the waiting room and not just myself, everyone was wearing
the dark glasses. All I could think of besides being nauseated and hot,
'I am in a room full of Roy Orbison's while in my brain I was humming
'I wear my sunglasses at night'.

I get to do it all again next Friday for the left eye. 8-)

Actually honey buns, Jim did not visit the forums but rarely and that is why he had moderators.
About the only time, dear, that Jim visited the forums was when he had an update for members
and/or moderators. Additionally, sugar pie, Jim might visit the forum if he was directly contacted
about a problem at the forums. Jim truly didn't pay much mind to the forums at all. He focused
his attention of the works of it, his offline business, and family. FYI sweet pea.

I do have a degree, cream puff. In law, we say that everyone is capable of standing trial as long
as they know right from wrong. That is considered sane. But wouldn't you agree, that someone
that murders innocent people has a mental issue? Even a fart can be disturbing, apple dumpling.
Some people may need no more than angar management but it is still a mental issue. In other
words, anything that comes from the brain, is mental, whether voluntary or not....twinkie poo.

Old habits die hard, darlingboobo. I've been using the internet almost 30 years and used my
first name and still tend to do so. I've been thinking of changing it to 'couldabenacontender'.

The reason why there was an issue with myself and another mod was due to the other mod
making an issue out of a topic I closed and following me around like a dog in heat.

NO, mods cannot ban members from the forum nor can they delete posts. We can set posts
for deletion and we can report member abuse.

I did forget to mention, when members call me names or another member names,
it results in negativity and even embarrassment to other members and the program
as a whole. It's never a one on one. We're a community here. That is why we
must follow rules and have organization.

Members can be banned from ySense forever.

Members can be banned from posting at the forums.

Members can be banned from the forums completely.

Generally, the member that is banned from the forum is still capable of accessing the forums
and reading topics but cannot post topics/comments.

There is not a perfect person in this world that I am aware of. I am certainly not perfect.

And you know what, I don't even care if people call me names on this forum. It does not
bother me personally. It looks bad on the person that does it because after all, it is childish,
inappropriate, disrespectful, and downright idiotic. Dare I mention it relays a lack of self
control. So when someone does that to me, I feel sorry for that person because I know
they have a mental issue....whether temporary or prolonged.

You know, I've worked in health care facilities and have heard many professionals address
patients as 'baby' 'honey' 'sweetie' being nice, not meaning in a derogatory way.
I've never done that. I always referred to the patient as Mr or Miss or Mrs. I believe
ADULTS should be treated as adults.

I state this because I do know there have been members here that want that honey,
sweetie, sugar pie replies from moderators. I am not sorry to say, I don't do that
with adults.

About referral activity » Post #2

I'd suggest sending that question to support but my GUESS to your question is yes.

But here is the thing.....and simply my logical guess:

If you see the referral, the referral is still there and can activate his/her membership
by activity. If you don't see the referral, he/she has been purged from the system.
