I'm NOT Moderating these forums any more! » Post #20

It's not just new members. There are lots of members here that have never posted.

Members posts do not readily post unless they have already posted 5 times. Mods
either approve or deny their post.

People often create accounts simply to spam others. That's how they advertise.
Here, what they don't know is their post won't be active until a moderator approves it.
That's the entire purpose of a moderator approving or denying the post.

Any time you see a member that has only 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 posts, a moderator had to
approve that post.

I moderated eleven forums here. You rarely see any other moderators in these forums
but me. It's extremely time consuming and I am done!

Thats a big part of what I members make posts that are not seen
by members. It's constant. I read their posts and then decide to approve or not.
Most are not approved, at least not by me. That is because most is either spam,
cursing, etc.

That's also what I mean about the lights. Mods see PINK and that means new
posts that are not active.

Most forums do in fact pay their moderators some kind of a stipend. I can't say
yay or nay to PTC programs.

Jim paid moderators here a bonus at the end of the year. Usually at the end of
December. It wasn't a lot but it was something. We all appreciated it.

I can even remember 25 years ago being paid a monthly sum of $200 to
moderate a forum.

I've had forums in which I had volunteer moderators but for the most part I
paid them some kind of a stipend.

Usually moderators do get paid something. It may be a weekly or monthly
stipend. It may be extra positions within an MLM. It may be extra product,
or something else. In all legitimacy, ethical companies do in fact pay their
moderators. Some get paid very very well.

People in general do not realize how much work moderating forums consist
of. Members never see most the junk we put up with. Every day, all thru-out
the day, there is constant new posts, illegal posts, scamsters, and more that
we remove those topics and not allow them to be posted. Then there is those
few members that were at the end of the line when adulthood was passed out.

It's lit up like a Christmas tree here and whichever moderator is turning off
the lights, good at ya but you'd be better off earning some dough than
wasting your time freely on these forums.

@Darkstar2. No, I have no complaints about my cash outs but I have only been
cashing out for gift codes to Walmart and Amazon. I am readily paid those in
2 or 3 business days.

Again, personally, I have little qualms about the surveys. I did a couple today
that confirmed the credit and I did two today that did not confirm the credit...
even tho they completed and directed me back to ySense. So there is either
a bug there or cheats. Whichever, I am not knew to either.

If you ask me, personally, if I am satisfied with ySense, I'd say SURE. I've
been averaging about $150 a month and paid readily. And I am sure I could
earn more here most days if I wanted to spend my entire day doing surveys.

My point is, I feel sorry for you folks that are having such problems and I
don't know what to tell you!!! So if I don't know what to tell you, what is
the point in my being a moderator when the forums are in complete disarray
and support is not being attended to?

Well I'd have to be out of my friggin mind to continue moderating here for free.
I am not a gluten for punishment.

Just so everyone knows, I am not moderating these forums any more.

There was a time I enjoyed moderating here. I've always enjoyed helping people.

Sure, there have been times over the years that I met a few members on these
forums that were either very rude, annoying, or down right child like. I even had
a stalker once! There's always people on every forum out there that do not like
moderators. Moderators try to enforce the rules that are laid out for them and well,
some people take that personal.

I've always tried to keep the peace and keep members calm. Jim would always
relay to me happenings and I could post the information here for all of you. I
could always turn to him with your problems and issues and he would either
resolve the issue or pass on to me what to tell the member to do to resolve the

Since ySense has taken over support is basically nil. I've tried to stay positive
but it is really difficult when support is null.

I feel so sorry for all of you that are trying to make money here and not seeing
surveys or not getting paid for surveys you complete. I know you need the money.
And rightfully so you should get paid for your work. It's understandable the way
these surveys are to be cheated once and awhile but this is insanity here right now.

If I was a paid moderator and kept informed of what to relay to you, I would
continue on as a moderator. I am not paid and I don't know what to tell you in
regards to all the issues here. It's like Nightmare On Elm Street. Nightmare On
ySense Street.

I'm still around and for the most part I personally have no complaints about
my cash outs. I just want all of you to know that I am NOT moderating here
any more. And YES I told them but NO they have not removed me from mod

IN the 1970's we called it taking off your clothes and running through
the streets naked. Streak or Streaking.

Well lets see....

in the beginning - God started creation

the first day - light was created

the second day - the sky was created

the third day - dry land, seas, plants and trees were created

the fourth day - the Sun, Moon and stars were created

the fifth day - creatures that live in the sea and creatures that fly were created

the sixth day - animals that live on the land and finally humans, made in the image of God were created

by day seven - God finished his work of creation and rested, making the seventh day a special holy day.

The earth is 6,000 years old. This is stated in the Bible.

You can actually do the math. It's calculable.

Adam was created on the 6th day. It is from that 6th day that you can calculate.
And if you take the time to calculate, you will see that the biblical account of 6,000 years old, is correct.

I figured it out all on my own.

What you do is take a large sheet of paper. Draw a large square.
Within the square draw a large circle. At the inside top of the circle, draw a door.

What you're seeing on that sheet of paper is earth, moon, sun, planets, universe.
Open the door and walk through. When you walk through the door, your'e on the
other side of the universe. You're where the REAL world exists. It's called Heaven.

So no matter how many planets are visited, it does not matter. There is only one
way to get to heaven.

Tas!!, Is the earth also flat????? ;)

Not sure my dear friend , new theory now say it is a cube , will try find a bit more about that

But i give you that it's pretty strange we haven't been up there since 1969, The moon is apparently so uninteresting that we haven't bothered going up there the past 50 years.

Many experts looks at this from a scientific perspective, But there are also those who looks more into the psychology of the human mind. And according to those i really do find it strange?, Cause that's what our civilization is build on, We invent, We explore, We destroy, We create, That's our trait's and we do it constantly to progress ourselves as a civilization, And we haven't bothered with the moon in 50 years??, Without our curiosity we might just have found it more interesting eating Bananas (Not that there is anything wrong with that)

Big question now!!, How do we fake the Mars landing????

To fake the Mars landing, put tasman1 up there looking like a Tasmanian devil and also
his Tasmanian devil blonde. Have him smile into the camera, wave at everyone on earth,
and give a big grunt! Everyone would surely believe it.

All I know to tell you is the few Toluna surveys I have completed,
credited the earnings to my account immediately.

There have in fact been a few surveys I have completed (not Toluna)
that did not confirm the credit.

Some days ago I completed a PeanutLabs survey and got the smiley
face but did not receive the credit.

Even when we had CS and at other GPT's too, I have experienced not
being paid at times for a survey. It can be related to a number of things.

Personally, I think they're doing a fair job at getting things in order.
They are addressing the issues, it just takes time and no one around

You have no idea of what their deal entails and neither do I.
That is the point I am making.

You say they could have had a grace period. How do you know what they could have did?
You don't.

I do know one thing, If I am going to sell something, I am going to sell it and not offer
a 'grace period'.

I am glad they did it the way they did it.

Doing it this way, members for the most part, still can make some money.
Now before you go hollering that many are not making money, the fact remains, many are.

If you think about it, there is nothing else they could do but take the site down completely.
How many would be hollering then? How would you have liked it if you had clicked on CS
and nothing came up?

You see, that is the only option they had is what they are doing. Everything needed changed
over to their company. They have their own surveys system they use on their own partners.
A whole lot of the coding has to be rewrote. It's a ton of work.

When a company such as this made the purchase, what do you think they did? Do you think
they just handed the cash over to Jim? Obviously lawyers and paperwork is involved. Also,
did Jim solely own CS or did he have partners? Was the others involved in the sale and the
legalities of it?

I'm not saying things could have been done differently. I am just saying the agreements
they had and the time frame for the sale, is not obvious.

The final of the deal, is a bit obvious. It is now sold, here you take it, thanks and good luck
and goodbye. It is your baby now.

You can't allow someone access to your code unless you're outta your mind. You can't give
them the site and say here ya go, do what you want BEFORE you have money in hand.

All I can figure is people here simply realize things are not working the way they were and
they are not understanding what is involved in the correction process.

It does not matter the way the sale went down. The fact is it did sell and now someone
else owns it with different partners onboard, new coding and rewrites.

In regards to how they're handling this, I don't see any problem other than there could
be a little more communication. Even so, they probably know there will still be membere
complaining and posting the same questions over and over. The majority don't read,
they just post.
