Best way to get your site indexed by SE » Post #4

Sun Feb 26, 2012 12:57 in General Talk

Look at this for example:

<title>GDI -- Earn a Six Figure Income at Home</title>
<meta name="description" content="What is this Business Opportunity with GDI that I keep hearing about? It's a Quality Premier Domain Name, Hosting, Site Builder, Email Service Provider that pays... a Substantial, Recurring Income Each and Every Month! Starting Today!">
<meta Name="keywords" content="global domains international, online mlm business, internet business opportunity, online internet business opportunity, make money online business, work at home internet business opportunity, business internet money online opportunity, internet home base business opportunity, internet homebased business opportunity, business internet nationwide opportunity provide services, internet business opportunity mlm, gdi, inc 500, bbb, BBB, GDI, MLM, six figure income, fcc.">

After taking a strong look at that, you will see of course, the title and how I dashed it.

You will see the description, and what I did in the description. My first descriptor sentence is a question. My second descriptor sentence is the answer... and I carried the answer on with more detail...which is a run on sentence into the last of the description.

Take a look at my keywords.... My keywords start out with phrases and finally end with one words which are for the most part, nothing more than abbreviations.

Here's the thing about that page...I made that page I think it was 8 or more years ago. It's actually a rather horrific page. A couple of times, I have gone in and added a link, edited some brief content. For the most part, I don't touch it. For some reason, there is some content that overlaps....words ontop of words which make it impossible to read. But I wouldn't dare try to fix it. I'm not sure why it does that because originally when I created the page, it was fine. The reason why I won't dare touch it is because for EIGHT YEARS it has been in the top of google for the keyword 'gdi'. It was for many years, the very first listing in google for that keyword. And often, it was above the gdi corporate site. Now more recently some times when I go over to google and look, it will be on the top of the second page, the next day I may go look and it's back on the first page.

I'm not sure exactly what it is about that page that google likes. I've looked and looked at that page over the years.
I did something right but never been exactly sure, what.

Nothing wrong with reading all that stuff, but I don't. The thing about search engines such as google,
they change what they do and how they do it, all the time.

What I discovered many years ago that still works fine for me, is to ignore everything you read about seo.

I think the best thing anyone can do is firstly to never let a site go.
In other words, if you have a blog or a specific website, never take it down.

The first website I ever put online, is still online today. It's been online for 12 years or more.
It's a terrible domain name too. So the first thing is to choose a good domain name and good title for your site
or blog.

Longevity seems to be a big key in most everything online.

The second thing is to make sure your keywords really do match up with the content.
If you are focusing a lot on ClixSense, make sure you put 'clixsense' in your meta tags.

The third thing is to in fact have a lot of solid content.

The fourth I believe is to use a lot of extras but don't over do it and make sure what you do makes
sense that you do it. What I mean is bold, italic, underline, highlite, and so on,
specific words and sentences. Use examples when possible.

The bottom-line is to just think of it like you would a paper you have to write in school....only more

Then, everything else you create, put your main link on those pages.

LibertyReserve is a payment processor and been operating online for many years.
I don't like them, but some people do and it's another payment option here.

I prefer check and usually cash out by way of check.

Actually, I have 2 checking accounts.

There is no time restraint for me in regards to being in a hurry for it. I figure I will get it when I get it.

I know as a norm, members like to cash out as soon as they reach the minimum amount to do so.
Personally speaking, I can't do a whole lot with $6 dollars. I prefer to wait about cashing out til I have
something a little more substantial.

I must say, that has always been one thing I really like about CS, is that check option. I've never had
a problem receiving my check.

IF you are in the USA, I also think you save the company (CS) and yourself money, by choosing the check
option and waiting til you have a little substantial amount before cashing out. All those AP and PP fees, is
just money tossed to AP and PP. A whole lot of money going to processing fees. I suppose they pay some
sort of check processor fee too but I just betcha, it is nothing like AP and PP fees.

Yes you can change it.

Your referral id and referral link is a number string.

The only thing your user name is really used for is logging in and the forum.

Walk Along - 12. - Out of the Box » Post #1

Sat Feb 25, 2012 09:15 in General Talk

Ya, I'm a little ahead of myself at the moment but I do want to talk about thinking out of the box because you can
come out a very big winner doing that. Presently I am working on an out of the box web page and I'd love to show
it to you when I am finished with it. However, I can't but I think I do have a solution for you to see it. Once it hits
the search engines, I can tell you the keyword to type into google and then you will probably be able to see it.

What I'm talking about is creating web pages that actually have nothing at all in common with ClixSense. You
might ask how would that get you sign ups? Well, because what you do is link it to your main pages like your
weebly page, which in turn helps get your weebly page higher in the search engines and listed under more keywords.

What you want to do is place maybe a snippet of a sentence or so, and place your banner/links on the out of the
box page. Anything you can think of for an out of the box page, is good. Here is some examples:

*Insurance - any type of insurance page (I am presently working on a home owners insurance page).
*Babysitting - for example, techniques or your own story about babysitting
*Health - anything about health, wellness, nutrition, or maybe something that happen to you
*Cooking - recipes you like, how to cook a particular food, anything about baking and cooking
*Shopping - anything about shopping, shopping online, coupons, etc
*Carpentry - how to build something, making small wood products, blueprints, etc

The list can go on and on and on. If you have hosting, you could create a lot of pages over time, on various
topics, place your weebly link on every page you create and place your CS banner and link on every page.

I'll return here later and give you the key word you can type into google to see the page I created, once I
get it completed and it gets listed in the search engines.

Check because it's the safest form of payout and because I am not placing money in
the payment process hands making them richer.

You can change that drop down to 'withdraws' only and it will display them all....ya may need to change
the date.

Well you know too, the number of payouts is not really all that. I mean, I could have never cashed out
til now and had ONE big payout. There are members now that cash out when they have
reached the minimum of $6 or $8. I guess if I had been cashing out every week since the get go, I'd
have 260 payouts instead of 60.
