Window 10 monthly fee? Would switch to Apple? » Post #13

Sun Jul 17, 2016 05:40 in General Talk

I'm not a techi but I do dislike windows.

I went through PC's like candy for many years until I came to realize that
Apple products were much better for my use overall plus lasted.

I've been using the same IMAC for 5 years. I've saved thousands of dollars.

I do have windows on some laptops, etc.

I don't know if area 51 has squat.

If they did have anything in regards to green men, why not display it today?

Maybe the idiots with bad brains that are so fanatical with killing people for
their make believe purpose, would stop if a little green man appeared or a
700 pound 2 foot green booger type of thing was exposed and said 'Hello,
I'm your virgin'.

So if area 51 really had anything significant in regards to life from other
planets, I can't see any reason today, why they wouldn't expose it.

Personally, I think area 51 is primarily what it says it is. A private testing
site and the creation and experimentation of primarily new weapons.

Stuff You Didn't Know and Maybe Don't Want To » Post #1

Can you think of stuff that most people probably don't know?

Well here is one:

Lurch that played on Addams Family. His real name is Ted Cassidy and he was from West Virginia.
He died at an early age...... 46. He was of course best known for his part on Addams Family. He
died of complications from heart surgery. He was almost 7 feet tall and had what we often refer
to as 'giantism'. He really was a huge guy and really did have the deep bass voice. He was married
once and had a son and a daughter.

A DIY “doctor” has admitted to slicing off a man’s testicle in a New South Wales motel room after answering an online advertisement for “medical help”.

Allan George Matthews pleaded guilty in a Port Macquarie court to illicitly removing the man’s body tissue in May.

The court heard the 56-year-old met the victim at a Port Macquarie motel after answering his ad.

Police say Mr Matthews then surgically removed the 52-year-old victim’s left testicle inside the room despite having no qualification as a doctor.

The victim later required medical treatment at a local hospital.

People get desperate but I think I would have took a different route than placing an ad in
a paper and then meeting at a motel. Sounds like something else was up.....or down.

Isn't that why people buy drugs from Canada? They're a lot cheaper, or use to be.

I've heard of people driving from the States to Canada to get their meds.

My aunt use to order a prescription 'Fastin' online through a Canadian pharmacy.

Well yeah, no doubt people could and would die if they performed surgeries they did not know
how to perform.

Think about the old western world days and even not so long ago, people in remote
areas that had no choice but to perform surgery on their self or family member.

During the civil war, there were hundreds if not thousands of one legged and one armed
men that happen to survive the surgery which consisted of a dirty handed mate sawing
off the limb with a dirty knife. Needless to say, most died. :(

But there is a lot of solid information online in regards to the human body, images,
detailed info, etc. There is also a lot of solid information about how to surgeries are

I tell ya, if things keep going in the direction their going, we might be more concerned
about where our next glass of clean water is going to come from and our next meal.

Ya just never know.

The topic is 'Operation performed by YOU' and discussing how that people may be more
apt to perform operations on their self in the future.

I worked in health care most my life and there is a lot of operations I could perform, if
I had to. That could be an operation I perform on myself or an operation I perform on
a family member or friend.

You might be surprised what you can do if you had to.

It sounds like a really great idea. I don't know anything about it other than the players
have to actually go outside. I think they have to locate places in their community.

Anyway, I think it's a great way to get people out of the house to get fresh air and exercise
PLUS have fun.

Maybe more people should be doing that instead of all the hate stuff that has been going on as of late.

I don't like that Adam Sandler either. I think he is stupid. I don't think I have
ever found anything funny that he does. Just stupid.

I never cared much for Will Ferrell because his acting is stupid about like Sandler
but recently I watched the movie 'Daddy's Home' and it was a really funny movie
and he was good in it.

Well see, that is my point......we have access now to a flood of pin pointed information.
That is if we want to take the time to search for it.

For example, lets think about the dentist. One of the least costly dentist in my area
charges approximately $110.00 to extract a tooth. How does he go about that? Well,
basically he shoots some novocaine into the gum at the extraction site, then he takes
what is basically a pair or pliers and then he wiggles back and forth to loosen the tooth
for extraction and then he pulls it out. Then he places a wad of gauze for the patient
to bite down on and then he offers a prescription for a handful of pain pills.

In the old days, all they could do is drink a swig of whisky before the dentist pulled their tooth.

So what is the difference?

-Lack of education
-Lack of tools

That's it.

If you pin point the information for the surgery and learn what you need to do AND if you
have the tools to perform that surgery, you might do a better job than what a professional
would do plus save a ton of money.

So when it gets right down to it, the only problem I see is the lack of tools.

Best start buying surgical tools and equipment.

I thought I would post this because I think if things keep going like they are going, people
will operate on themselves.

I was speaking with someone the other day and we were talking about the future and prices.
I was saying, I remembered when a loaf of bread cost .19 cents and a candy bar was .5 cents.

The conversation continued and I said health care is so expensive, I imagine people will start
performing operations on their self since people can access information online.

What I said, got me thinking it is ALREADY happening. There is a youtube video of a guy
pulling out his own tooth because they don't have dental insurance.

I suspect there are a lot of people performing some forms of surgery on themselves.

What do you think? Is this going to be the way of the future? Do we need to stock up on
alcohol and towels?

In regards to comedy actors, it is like Carol Burnett said in an interview when ask
what she thought about the comedians today, her reply was 'asinine'.

Real comedy and real comedy acting must take a lot of work and that is something
many comedians today, don't seem to know much about.

The old comedy shows were really truly funny and they didn't use dirty language
to get a laugh. Jackie Gleason (The HoneyMooners) was a great show and very
funny too with often a dry humor.

Granted 'George Carlin' was truly a genius at comedy and he did later, on stage,
use a lot of dirty language.

My absolute favorite comedy actor of all time has to be 'Danny Kaye' and also
'Jerry Lewis'. Loved those guys.

Great comedy never gets old......I still laugh til I cry when I watch this:

Some times there will be a movie that sounds very interesting but there is an
actor/actress in it that I cannot stand so I don't watch it or i grit my teeth the
entire time.

There is an old one I never did like and she was the most famous actress in
Hollywood at one time: Barbara Stanwyck.

Actually, I didn't mind her too much in her very old movies but I still didnt
like her. Something about her mouth.

I used to get emails from the sheik of the burning sands to come and join his harem because I am beautiful and true love only matters. I think he must have been blind.

Well I am the long lost Princess of the Queen of Nigeria. They happen to trace me down
after Queen Nineediabugodai passed away. She left $38,975,502.07 to me. I don't have
to send any id's. Also, they did not ask for my first born. All I need to do is do a wire
transfer from my bank through Wells Fargo of $12,623.00....a meager sum in exchange
for the huge sum owed me. I think they need the $12,623.00 for a stamp.

Clixsense is huge waste of time » Post #2

I am just taking a wild guess but I am going to guess.....just guess mind you......that you
don't bother to read. Because IF you took the time to read and understand how things
work, you'd probably come a lot more to making money.

Looking at your stats......way over there..................>
It relays to me that you have been a member since July 3rd and today is only the 6th.

So, instead of reading, asking questions, learning to make money here, you choose to do
nothing but throw insults at a program that has been online for TEN YEARS in which has
paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars to members.

Obviously, you have no intention of making money here.

Just for the record..... ClixSense does not own survey companies and rarely does anyone
in Bulgaria advertise with survey companies.

So good luck because you certainly need luck since you don't bother to read or ask for help.

Oh ya, those are some I forgot about.

I loved 'I Dream of Jeannie' and also 'Bewitched'.

I still watch 'Little House on the Prairie' and I always need Kleenex handy for that one.

Dr Who is on Netflix NOW! I am thinking of watching it from the first how onward.
Presently, I am on the last season of Andy Griffith.

'Green Acres' was HILARIOUS!

'The Munsters' and 'The Adamms Family' were so cool!

I also watched Dick Van Dyke show very faithfully but funny, about all I can remember
his him tripping over that sofa and her saying 'Ohhhh Robbb'.....and the kitchen.....oh
and the work place office.

I watched 'I love Lucy' a lot too but I did NOT like her husband at all.
