I don't know what you mean since you did not give any exact info.
ClixSense Profile you can click on the page, review it yourself, up date
any information except country change. If you need a country change
or anything else that does not allow you to edit, simply submit a support
ticket and relay what you need updated.
If you are referring to your Survey Profile, you can click on it and update
the information. If it does not allow you to update the information that
would be due to 90 days not up yet. You can only update it every 90
days. However, if you are capable of clicking on it, you might read some
thing about the exact problem of it being under review.
Some times it can be something relatively simple like someone else having
had your IP address at some point.
You can always submit a support ticket and see if CS knows what the issue is.
