From Apes back to Apes ...tasman1 » Post #4

The evolution of man in regards to apes, is a very old theory that simply does
not pan out. It's actually very laughable and a goofy theory.

If we come from apes then why are there apes?

I never have understood that. If apes became people then why are their apes?

Well in regards to land, it rarely if ever depreciates.

About the only thing I can think of is if you were to buy land on an ocean beach.
There has certainly been many fortunes made doing that but what if a Tsunami
comes along or the land simply sinks down into the water? I guess you could
say that would be a loss unless you want to sell fish or shells.

There are areas such as places in Florida in which entire houses and even a motel
has sank into the ground. A hole opens and swallows the entire house. I think
that would be difficult to sell a sink hole.

If you have your property insured, then most probable you wouldn't lose anyway.

If you own land, you always have some where to live. Depending on where your
land is, you probably have a food source because you can plant something to eat.

Right now, at this very moment, if someone said to me, here is $5,000. You can
do one of two things with it. 1. Buy Bitcoin OR 2. Buy Land
That would be a simple decision for me. I would buy land.

If I am not mistaken one of the main reasons for the beginning of the recession in 2007 was the collapse of the real estate sector in the US,thats why the recession was different from the previous ones it took longer to end just because experts could not determine how to revive the economy, people lost 70% of capital in the stock market many people lost everything leading to sucide, even today most shares have not recovered to pre recession highs, banks are in depth even today because of NPA'S and bad loans, putting money in one place can be very risky it depends on investment trends in a country how one can balance their funds in diffrent asset class.

Yes, you are mistaken.

A large reason was due to the HOUSING MARKET.

Some people have a tendency to label 'Real Estate' into one entity but it's not.
Real Estate consist of new housing, old housing, manufacturing facilities, office
space, farm land, hunting land, estate land, apartments, rental apartments,
condominiums, and more.

What happen was due primarily to the corporate lending companies such as
'Fannie Mae' as an example. Loans were given to people for new and/or old
housing. The problem arose when the loans were given out to people that
could not afford to pay the house mortgage.

No matter what you buy, whether it is bitcoin, land, housing, stocks, etc, you
want to make sure you have the money to pay for it!

I don't think there was much suicide going around during that time. The
stock market crash of many years ago, totally different story about that.

Real Estate is about the only thing that is predictable.
I am referring mostly to land.

People always need a place to live.
We all need to eat and our food comes from land.

I purchased a small half acre of land many years ago that was
situated near a lake. It was all wooded but had a nice view of
the lake. It wasn't very good for fishing because it was up high
on the hill. I paid $2.000 for it thinking that some day I might
build a cabin on it. I never did but a few years later I sold it
for $60,000 and now a very nice house sits there with a long
walk way down to the lake.

I own farm land and I rent it out. I receive a third of what
the crop brings every season.

I've owned houses in which I sold for much higher prices than
I paid for it. In fact, the house I live in now, I built and mostly
built with my own two hands. If I were to sell it today, I would
get at least twice the price of what I put into it.

The stock market is a very fragile system. It can crash, go up
and down, companies go out of business every day, they sell
to other companies, etc. I am not saying it is not wise to invest.
I do own stock. I am just saying that it is not the best way to
go.

Bitcoin, I believe, is a short tern system. If you own Bitcoin
I would advise selling some as soon as you have gained your
investment back. Then when it is high, sell. When it is low,
buy only with a partial amount of your gain.

I believe banks will phase out one day but I don't see that
happening in my life time, maybe yours.

Aha! I didn't know what to think about that. It even displays a pickle shape area in green
and I thought it must be something like golf. I really had no idea what it was.

I might look that up on youtube and see if they display some people playing it.

In Kentucky near Paducah, there are small little towns such as 'Monkeys Eyebrow, Ky and
Possum Trot, Ky. Back when Johnny Carson was still on TV, his band guy 'Doc' mentioned
those funny names after he gone thru there on his way to Paducah for some sort of parade.

I go to Paris often. It's about twenty minute drive. Paris, TN. Several years ago they built
an Eiffel Tower there too. It's also the town where Sunny Melton and his wife worked, works.
He was the nurse that was killed in Vegas and she is an Orthopedic doctor.

I might have to research that some time just for fun.

Actually, I was tracking a shipment and have many times seen this 'Romeoville, IL'.
It's up by Chicago but I had never heard of it. Maybe a newer suburb or something.
I thought it a funny name 'Romeoville' and when I looked it up, seems to be a city
primarily for senior citizens. They also list an event called 'Picklebowl'. Go figure!

Do you know any cities with funny names?

If the game is listed in the offers or offers programs such as TrialPay and it
states a cash amount, then the answer is yes.

The games listed on the sight 'ClixSense Games', the answer is no you don't
earn for those. Those are simply for members enjoyment if they want to play
them.

Three months is not squat.

AdHitz is not ClixSense and has no similarity at all, other than the administration.
Why you would want to discuss AdHitz and it's thousands of advertisers, does not
compute in my head.

I agree, an update would be most likely be welcomed by members. However, I
have always believed and still do believe that people need to be responsible for
their lives and that includes their income. When there is something to update
I am sure there will be an update. When there is nothing to update about, then
why waste everyone's time with bullshxx.

Every day and for many years I receive tons of emails that are not necessarily
spam but what they are, is bullshxx.

Of course, there is the outta sight outta mind mentality and it can be refreshing
to receive an update every so often just to let your members, customers, whom
ever it may be, know you are still alive.

Personally, speaking for myself mind you, I don't need a reminder that this site
exists and neither do I need to be told when something works here or doesn't
work here. Neither do I need to be told that something is presently under going
updates, bug fixes, or focusing on replacement.

When I want to earn money online, I do it. I do what is available for me to do.
If something isn't there, well I don't have time to stomp my feet, I just move
onward to something else.
