I don't know of anything here that requires a social media account.

CrowdFlower requires a facebook account. At facebook, you can
have multiple accounts. You don't need to socialize.

However, you may notice with many sites and programs, a Facebook
account is required also. Even big company sites.

I suspect it serves several purposes. For example much easier to
log in and sign up, ip track to prevent cheating, etc. Oh and password
recovery can be much easier.

No. It does not add days. You can keep adding your earnings to your payout request
until it goes into processed and at that time you cannot add more to it even if you tried.

I think it really depends on the target AND the time frame.

I really like the SampleCube surveys but there was a time not long ago that I didn't.

Same goes with most all of them. I can click on a Samplicos survey and be at a SampleCube survey.

If you're getting a lot of same listed surveys for same amounts, it probably isn't a bot. It's dead surveys.

I ask how many surveys you get in a day because the amounts of surveys with the same price point,
can be the same.

I can see ten, twenty, or more suveys by the same listed survey name and the same price but they
are not all dead but some might be. Some if not many are in fact coming across the different routers
but same survey.

I was referring to the cron run. That is when the time changes and starts a new 24 hour day.
That time for me is 11:00 pm because I am on central time zone. The time change is different
depending on where you are based on the midnight hour.

The KIIP Rewards is a program in and of itself. Why would it show you an ad for a donut shop
in India that sells donuts only in India? You live in Canada.

So like everything else, someone is paying for those KIIP ads.

Sorry, I still don't know what you mean about samplecube and bots. There might be several
surveys with the same price but that does not mean they are the exact same survey nor from
the exact same survey router. I might try a samplicios survey and get routed to a samplecube

Computer glasses that block blue light.

There's a large variety of them and the one's I received today are very yellow.

I can't see squat, either.

I am near sighted and now that I am older I use reading glasses some times.

Also I now have floaters in both eyes.

In regards to KIIP I have determined that it all depends on the following:

1. The time frame you access to do surveys

2. Ad availability

3. Target

For example, I can go an entire month of more and not receive cash from KIIP.

At server time change, if I attempt one or more surveys, I might get a KIIP worth .15 to .35 cents
and this is just one.

At server change, I might get many KIIP .1 centers due to a new advert. Such as I did the other
night attempting 100 surveys and making a dollar from KIIP.

I am in Tennessee so it wouldn't make a lot of sense for me to get a KIIP reward for a car service
plan in Washington. So I feel like these KIIP rewards are mostly targeted like everything else.

Still not totally sure what you mean in regards to bots.

Not too sure what you mean about bots.

I can tell you from my experience it is one of the better surveys to do.

In regards to KIIP, I think the best time to possibly get a reward from those is after server time change.
I did 100 of them a day or so ago at server change and made a dollar. I believe I could have did many
more but my eyes were closing. :geek:

With a rent to own, the landlord usually is the one that covers all repairs, unless some
other agreement is made.

There is also something called a 'Land Contract' which is more of what I was describing.

A Land Contract you can purchase a house without being obligated to ever finish paying
for it. It's similar to a Rent to Own only much more detailed.

For example a Rent to Own would be a contract in which the landlord would agree to
sell you the house. In other words, as long as you live there, the landlord would sell
you the house if you ever wanted to buy it AND at least a portion or all of the rent you
paid would apply to the purchase price. It would be stated in the contract. In the mean
time, the landlord is usually the one that has to pay for upkeep and repairs.....roof damage,
plumbing, termite inspections, etc.

For example a Land Contract is similar to buying the house. All the money paid every
month, goes automatically to the purchase price. You've actually bought the house BUT
you can walk away from it at any time without receiving any type of penalty. With a Land
Contract, the house is yours, almost like paying a mortgage. You are responsible for repairs.
Land Contracts can vary depending on the contract. Agreement might be made to pay a
percentage down on the house just like you would if you were buying a house outright.

Some people ask 'Why would anyone sell a house on a Land Contract?' Well the answer
is rather easy. If a house cannot sell, for example. Perhaps the owner has listed the
house for sell but no buyers. As time goes by, the house sits empty which is not good.
So the owner can make a land contract deal with someone that perhaps has poor credit
but is stable and can make the payments. So it can benefit both buyer and seller.

No. As far as I know there is no such thing as an apartment like you have stated, in America.

Of course, people can make various arrangements and contracts, so I suppose one could say
there is similar.

We have something called 'Time Shares'. Time Shares are usually vacation properties in which
people enter into an agreement to share the apartment/housing with other people and all parties
have the responsibility to pay. This can vary widely in regards to cost.

We have something called 'Rent to Own'. Some people that own property may offer to sell it on
a rental agreement. The person pays rent but can walk away any time he/she wants. Upkeep
can vary depending on the Rent to Own contract. With a Rent to Own, usually the renters have
to keep the place up because it is similar to buying it. The big difference here is that as I stated,
the renters can simply pack up and leave any time and not obligated to buy it. Also, with some
Rent to Own contracts, there may be varying stipulations. Some people will allow a renter to
apply a percentage of the rent to purchase. For example say the renter paid $500 a month for
ten years and the contract stated every month $200 would be applied to the purchase price if
the renter decided to purchase.

We also have people that just want someone to keep up the property and not let it run down.
So these people might rent out their property for little to nothing with the stipulation the renter
takes care of everything.

Most anything and everything goes here in America and simply depends on what people want
to do and the contract that choose to make.
