~*~I'm So Happy Because~*~ » Post #28

What amount you are paid in your country? » Post #11

Thu Mar 22, 2012 22:15 in General Talk

After reading this I did a little searching myself, and found out what my state was for min wage and I was surprised to see it was $9.04,, so looking at wikipedia @ wages for other countries I could not believe what I was seeing.

Seems I did hear something some time ago about Tommy Hilfiger clothing being made and the prices it cost and what was paid to the workers,.. @ Val not every American is stupid, as I soooooooo would not spend that!! $140.00 or $89.00!! For Kohls, I did not hear nothing about that yet but was surprised to see they just opened one up here in my city. However Val I luv that you said "Stop making the rich, richer and the poor, poorer." I too say this alot.. It seems every other singer is coming out with a new perfume and clothing. Its getting ridiculous on that and who knows where all that is made at! It sickens me to see yet another business go out of the US and into another country to avoid paying the wages that are deserved! Even if they moved the business to another country then PAY what they would have to pay in the US
