Payment problem

I have a big doubt I requested my first payment withdrawn to my paypal account and so far it has not fallen. I received in the transactions from the ysense panel that a refund was made. I wanted to know why this happened. since my paypal account is verified with my bank account and my paypal ysense account see the print, can someone help me?

Your PayPal information must match your ySense information.

Your name must be exactly the same
Your email address must be exactly the same.

You can always add another email address in PayPal.
If your email address in ySense is different than your email address in PayPal.
