Cash out issue

Hi I am a user from india i have tried as cash out of 10$ but I didn't received it's been more that a month
I have contacted the yenses support team then have below reply


To get a PayPal reward from the Rewards Store, please be sure your account full name and email address match exactly to your PayPal account. It is also required that your PayPal account is verified. Verifying your PayPal account consist of linking a bank account to your PayPal account, be approved for PayPal Smart Connect, or the PayPal Plus MasterCard®.


Kindly help me in resolution for this issue

Its a very common problem,your name and email id with PayPal should be the same as on Ysence,and your PayPal should be linked to your bank account to get verified

Have you tried verifying your paypal account with pan?

I am also facing the same problem. My ysense mail id is different my paypal account. But the ysense mail id is included into my paypal account and my account is verified one. Then why can't I cashout the amount to my paypal account? The Ysense mail id may be different one. But the paypal is having provision to include other mail ids with the existing account holders account. So, please consider my case and give me suggestions to cashout.

I am facing cashout issue . I cashout 2 times it is refunded to my ysense account my email,first and last name is same as paypal but it says ihave to verify mobile phone but I can't find option of mobile verification. Can anybody help me please.

Complete your KYC in paypal with pan card and an identity card.

Hi All

I am from India.

I have an issue while trying to cashout from Ysense to Paypal account. My name, email id are matching in both. But still when trying to checkout it shows the following error message and unable to cash out.

Error message is
"An error occurred Error processing reward, please try again with a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact customer service."

Anybody does have any idea, please help !!.

Several members from other countries have had the same problem they say by changing the browser the problem was solved even you have mentioned that Ysence support has asked you to change your browser you could try it

Dear brother , you can not open paypal account without verifying the pan card .. so what KYC ...?
