Not able to change my email id

ello,

I am not able to access my gmail account registered with ysense(formerly clixsense). I had not login for few months on my gmail and now i am not able to access the account neither able to recover it. I want to change the email id here, but not able to receive confirmation email on new email id, it seems ysense is sending first the confirmation link on old email id. Pls help, i am not able to proceed for payment due this issue. I have also filed a ticket for same.

All you can do is submit a help ticket and explain what happen and
ask them to change it for you.

OR

You keep the email address as is, and try to recover your old email account
by contacting google or remembering your log in information or trying to
enroll for the same account again.

I have already submitted a ticket on friday morning, no reply from them. If they send reply on old email i won't be able to access it. I am not able to recover the old email nor able to enroll for same account again. Tried contacting google, but still not able to recover. Would appreciate if you can ask the admin to change from their end. My ticket number is 5675221.

If you told them in the email your new email address then of course that is
where they will contact you. You have not given them time.

Their support system is likely backlogged from all the complaints :P I wonder if it is the same support agents supporting ALL sites or each site has their own support agents.

I got a reply from Brian to my ticket a week back. So I assume that ysense have their own support staff. Brian was with clixsense before.

yes i guess they will take some time, a user id: blueunicorn2 had filed a ticket 19 days back still no reply. Next time if some company says we are gonna surprise you... i would immediately hit a cashout button.

Please do not hold your breath waiting for your email address to be changed. I am 2 tickets and 20 days in and still waiting. I want to point out that swagbucks was able to get in changed in 2 days and mypoints in 5 days, so why so long here.

You may be correct but I am guessing you did not make yourself clear. That is often the
problem with member complaints. You have to give EXACT information. They cannot
read the minds nor do they have crystal balls.

I had clearly mentioned both the email ids and also written that i am not able to access my old email due to forgot password. Secondly, i have submitted a ticket, so can we submit a ticket without login to ysense?
