Lies on the Net about ClixSense and Members

Locked

#1 by valerie » Sun Nov 19, 2017 14:34

Last night I took a gander around the net to see what people are saying about ClixSense.

Some are saying stuff like :

ClixSense is a Scam
It used to be a good PTC but now it is junk
There is no way you can make money there
It is a joke
There are members that boast their earnings
Valerie boasts her earnings
Valerie puts down people in other countries
The Filipino team cheats
PayPal shut them down cause they are scam
They never send updates

Well there is more but I thought I'd address some of those in just giving my two cents
and also in regards to my name.

For starters if you want to make money online, please do not listen to gossip in which you know
nothing about the person doing the gossiping. It is such a shame that people need to make money
these days to feed their family, compensate for retirement, pay for their pets care, put shoes on
their children's feet, extra money to pay for medication, help kids while in school/college, and so
much more......and some one comes along and makes a nasty comment that turns a potential
member off and away. It is not hurting a good solid program that has been actively paying their
members for over ten years. What it does hurt is the person needing to place food on their table.

If you get mad at someone or for whatever reason you don't like someone, you should be an
adult and do the mature thing. That is to ignore that person, stay away from that person, act
as if you don't know that person at all. When you post stuff about someone, what you are doing
is posting about yourself. It's almost like saying here I am, the snitch, the angry person, the
person no one can get along with. You do more harm to yourself than the person you are attempting
to run in the ground.

In making money online, everyone should if they can, let others know they are making money
online within a legitimate opportunity. They should be proud of their hard earnings and to allow
others to see what they made, it gives them incentive to be motivated to do that too.

I would not ever say that I have boasted my earnings but if I did, what would be so terrible about that?
At this very moment there is a feature request in the feature request forum wanting an app that will
relay and update our earnings so that we can post those on social network sites. There have been
many banners in various online opportunities that relay what each member has earned and updates
as he/she earns. So when you say Valerie or So and So boasts about their earnings, what you are
really saying is 'I am jealous'. You shouldn't be jealous. You should say I can do better than that
and do it!

What's really funny about that is there are plenty of members here that have and do make far
more than I do in ClixSense.

I've never put down people because they do not live in the USA. That is absurd. In fact, I have
adopted children that I support in more than one country outside the USA. I see a comment such
as that as a lack of intelligence as if they have nothing else to say.

Rarely do things stay the same in life. In regards to business, things often change to keep up with
demand and competition not to mention new technology. So why anyone would think that ClixSense,
going on ELEVEN YEARS would not implement changes, is simply put, goofy. I can list many various
types of programs that have come and gone over the years as well as those that have stayed and made
changes. PayPal did not shut off ClixSense because they felt ClixSense was a scam. If PayPal had
thought that, they would have shut them off ten years ago. PayPal shut them off because PayPal is
an eBay company and their terms and policies are not crunchy.

One thing is sure, if and when ClixSense has something to say, they post an update. When they don't
they don't. I will say I think it would be more advantageous for them and those that tend to focus on
referrals, if they sent out an email once a week. However, they don't and it is not the end of the world.
It doesn't keep people from earning here.

The people that can join ClixSense, for the most part can earn here if they want to work. They may
not make a fortune but ClixSense does not tell anyone they will make money and they certainly do not
tell anyone they will make a fortune.

I'll just finish off my rant with this.......IF you want to make money online, you best focus on YOU and
go with people that are in the know, people that are experienced, people that are honest, people that
are mature. Don't follow idle gossip, especially from people you have never met. No matter what industry
you work in online, it is in fact WORK and if you can't handle work, you can't handle making money.

Seems you have a reputation...

All you had to do is ask and I would have deleted my posts...

Though I never said scam, rarely do, it's on the member if they get scammed.

The second one is absolutely true...
ClixSense is the worst when it comes to PTC...

The thing is that people can get frustrated if they are not making the same as other. But there are many ways to make money online and nothing is stopping us to learn something on the www. You don't become a doctor going 2 years to school only.
A problem is people want to make money without doing anything, without learning something, trying to improve their skills or something. And those don't get anywhere usually.

Clixsense is an easy to make money method, true you need patience but it's a part of the deal. So far I have never seen money falling from the sky.

I am very happy to be a member here and to get the opportunity to make extra cash monthly for years. The owner is smarter than the average and if Clixsense was a scam the site would have collapsed for a long time now. I am thankful to Jim and the team.

@Danny, I have no idea what you are talking about but it certainly does not matter.

@CroqueMitaine I think some are just kids and if not kids they sure seem to fall into
that category. I could do the same thing, put down the thousands of people online
that have made and do make more money than I. Why someone wants to get mad
because someone is making money legitimately is just silly. There is plenty of programs
that are in fact scams and do not pay out so it's just common sense that people want
to know the truth. They want to know if a program is something honest that they can
truly make money. I will say I don't believe people should be forced to display their
earnings and I tell you, that was always a top notch in credibleness when CS opened
the forum and said you can post your payment or not post your payment. No one
should be forced to post their earnings. I've always believe that is something that
should be optional.

If you took the time out to read and read correctly, you would have read I said 'stuff'
and I also said 'I would address some'. Just for the record, opinions can be lies. I
know for the most part, who was posting what. It wasn't a matter of opinion, it was
from sources that are unreliable. Unreliable because they are disgruntled members or
WAS members.

There is such a thing as HONEST opinion and such a thing as DISHONEST opinion.

You can call it whatever you want. I am not that petty to care.

That won't hold up in court...

I think Jim is one of the most personable and most honest of Admins around.

Although Clixsense may have made changes, that completely changed the program, and some that I don't particularly like (getting rid of Downline Teams for example) I can also somewhat understand why some members would say the site is not "trustworthy" to them. Particularly if they spent ample time or focused on promoting the elements that CS has now removed.

Some members who only joined for PTC pretty much "forfeited" their earnings when that was discontinued. And others who focused on promoting for members in their own downlines lost the benefit of having access to downline levels below their own.

Totaly disagree with that first sentence...
Though I am in no position to question admins honesty.
We don't know what we don't know.
And what I do know is well, an HONEST opinion...

Your last two sentences describe my account exactly...
Those two reasons alone are why I signed up...

My first forum post was about referrals, not surveys or tasks.
Guess how long it took for Valerie to question my knowledge of IM and second guess me, sheesh...
Problems with my new referral | ClixSense Forum

As for trustworthy, This is the ONLY account that I
allow go over $100 balance before I cash out.
(I will be reducing that in 2018, but still higher)

I think he has been in the past but not so much any more. Also I think that is what is
upsetting some members because they are not hearing any thing from him.

Well yeah, doing away with the downline was a buger! A BIG buger. Like a quarter
million members buger. Seriously I don't remember how many was in my downline
but I do know I had over a thousand upgraded members.

Not completely but just a tad off because much of what I read was before the change
over. Some even complaining about a $17 a year upgrade. Just ridiculous.

@Danny, I did not question your knowledge and neither do I care about your lack of.

You made a post in someone else's topic that was asking for help. I replied to you the
same as I replied to everyone that would happen to read the post. You posted you
were not getting referrals. I replied with help. Simple as that. Obviously my help did
not help you but it may have helped someone.

Nope...

Had nothing to do with not getting referrals... I was... 10 that month to be exact ...

Had to do with discrepancies with ClixSense statistics.

A difference of about 30,000 unique clicks.
Though I didn't mention that

Boy, you should read a post before reply...

Then you wonder why.....

Well, from what I understand, Removing PTC from CS has made Clixsense more profitable than it has ever been. (Like, a lot more)

He also has a bowling alley that he runs now, so CS is no longer the sole priority, and he perhaps sees no reason to make changes at the present time, as he may believe the changes to be a massive success. He is also closing Adhitz, which would probably show he is cutting back, and that he is probably in a comfortable position now.

Anyway, that is what I gather, and just my opinion.

I didn't know it was a Bowling alley...

40% more...

AdHitz is nothing but NB ads these days.

I get a lot of empty AdHitz "Advertise Here" boxes on my CS pages...
AdHitz.com expires next year, last renewed for one year only...

I'm not certain why some would say certain members "boast their earnings". Unless members choose to keep their earnings private, you can see right on comment profile what they have earned.

I love Clixsense. I've made consistent earnings here. If I weren't too lazy to do the tasks, I'd be making more.

i'm trying so hard not to jump in here! LOL!!

just a couple of things though...

admins/moderators & such of online places .. be that usa or anywhere... tend to be very friendly, welcome!, encouraging, use a lot of smiley faces etc... not make people feel stupid for asking questions in a way that answers the stupid questions but commends them in some way shape or form for asking or taking the time to interact... etc. hi's, good mornings, lol's, and :) 's.... you don't mean to come off that way, its just the text.. not the person!

valerie with out getting too personal here... your avatar pic is decieving in that way.. its all most people have other than your name.. and they see this happy jolly big warm smile associated with the person typing to them as someone in an authority position.... so when you are matter of fact, and serious... it really throws people off! it took me a long time to sortof understand from a psychological standpoint... you could be as matter of fact and short or even dare i say belittling... but if you attach a smiley face... say have a great day! throw in a lol or two... it takes the edge off and people are more receptive to criticism, information, opinion... etc... but when there is none of that it throws people off... induces the 'cringe face'.... and someone meek who just wants to understand and learn who maybe has a low self esteem to begin with... be that in their entire lives, or be that in a new setting on a new website...will go away feeling crushed and depressed.... and that's not really your fault im just saying 'in general' all of these things... but yeah it can be quite overwhelming as a new person wanting to be one of the 'cool kids' but finding out they are just sitting at the reject table across the room from the 'mean girls' .... again im saying in general! i adminned several rooms for a certain hobby of mine with others.. and there's this one girl who is just matter of fact. nothing she's really saying is ever heinous... but the vibe you get off her text is just awkward.... a bunch of us ended up discussing it one day and we all agreed we sometimes felt like we were on the edge of our seats just wishing she'd throw in a LOL! or a :) or a 'have a great day!' every now and then.... but nah.... just not her thing.... and it came off really bizznatchy and made even her good friends (which i was one of) feel tense .... like uh oh im about to hit enter on this question is she gonna do her normal thing of 'no' and be disagreeable... even when its an opinion question lol... i hope this has made some sense... i don't want this to come off as if i am psychoanalyzing you in particular... because im not... im speaking from experience.. and i see similarities... in the text....

lol :) have a great night!!

maybe when you say stuff like what you just said in a totally harmless well-meaning way, agreeing with it being dissapointing about the referrals... that maybe is what they mean about the bragging? what you said was totally harmless, i say this again so you know... its not your fault! but ''Seriously I don't remember how many was in my downline but I do know I had over a thousand upgraded members. '' you had over a thousand... when most people, especially new people trying to get the hang of it... dont even have 1. that's not like you said some easily attainable number like 10.... lol... a thousand?! props btw. but i can see how someone would just say ''eff it'' and go away thinking it was hopeless... hahahaha
<3

i do think i recall seeing you answer a few commenters who got in the middle of a discussion-gone-wild with 'they don't have that in your country' or 'not in the philipines' etc... that wasnt long ago actually. you were just in a convo.. i think with danny too... maybe i added my 2 cents... was it the browse thread? its doing that again btw haha.. i thought it would start back up today being a monday but nerp! hasnt had anything for a few days... anyway back to what i was saying... i think you're just very matter of fact and straight forward... and to anyone unsure of themselves just learning, it might come off harsh.. it probably took that person a lot to step out on a limb and comment/reply... and then to be seemingly 'shut down'... it can hurt a person... you're very thick skinned and it just rolls off your back and you dont let stuff bother you... but not everyone has achieved that level of 'self' yet... in life... or in something as simple as clixsense.. you don't mean to come off rude i think.. and they just don't know you or are not used to how you reply... and can get the sads...
