Oh my my my I watched a horrific movie the other night. The acting was good. The movie
was very different. It is a 'horror' movie. It's new being either 2016 or 2017. The name is

The Autopsy Of Jane Doe

If you like horror movies and you don't have a faint heart, watch it. It's bejeeperish.

Drag Me to Hell (2009)

A loan officer who evicts an old woman from her home finds herself the recipient of a supernatural curse. Desperate, she turns to a seer to try and save her soul, while evil forces work to push her to a breaking point.

It was a okay movie but I wouldn't buy it

Back in the days of VHS, the "Hands of Death" was something -- no CGI Sfxs or anything modern... just the strangely gory things ever caught on film

Many years ago, they were very strict in what children watched. Not so much today.

My sister and I went to the movie theater. She's several years older than I. We didn't
know what was playing. So we get there and it's movie 'Black Sunday'. I was like maybe
ten years old. They did not want to let us in to the theater stating we were far too young.
For some reason that I don't recall, we would have to wait a couple outside in the cold for
some time. (Chicago). Maybe it was going to be awhile til the next bus. I don't recall.

The point is, they did let us in to see the movie since we didn't have an immediate ride.

The movie started. I think it barely got started when we came flying out of there! I mean
we ran like running for our lives.

I don't remember what happen after we entered the theater lobby. Maybe we sat there
until the next bus run or maybe we went into the stores shopping. I don't remember
any of that.

What I do remember is a campfire, witches dancing around it and a person tied to a pole
of some sort. They took an iron mask that was full of sharp prongs and pushed it onto
his face. That is when my sister and I ran like no tomorrow.

I want you to know, to this day, I have tried a few times over the years to watch that
movie and I can't. It's a movie I rarely even see listed.

Of course today I guess that movie would seem like nothing and I have certainly without
a doubt watched worse. The few times I have tried to watch it, I just can't. I get a really
sick feeling every time it gets to the mask part which is at the beginning of the movie.

I don't find many movies today very memorable. There's plenty to watch but most are either
just ok or complete duds. Some are either action packed like 'Collide' that can hold your
attention but I don't think it is what I would call an excellent movie.

Last night I watched 'Nocturnal Animals' and it was better than I thought it would be. It's a
movie I would remember much more than I would 'Collide' for example.

"The Haunting of Hill House". I saw this on television and don't know if it ever played in a theater or was made for TV. It was terrifying. But it wasn't gory, supporting my theory that the best scary movies are not gory. The scares were based on the subtle events that gradually led up to the huge events. The anticipation would make your heart stop. At some point in the movie, I had to watch it with just one eye peeking out of a blanket. Certainly makes you think twice before buying an old home (and why IS that old home priced sooooooooo low????)

It was a movie that came out in the 60's and it was very ghostly.

In 1973 a sequel was made 'The Legend of Hill House'.

Just a small advice how to watch scary movies

You must have totalty dark room

30 min before you start watching it you must tell yourself , this is not movie but real situation , put your hand in dark hole and ask yourself what is there , be alone is a must , once movie is finished stay in dark next 30 min

I wouldn't even watch that one!

I read the info and the reviews and decided that 'Human Centipede' was just something I did
not want to see. There is also 'Human Centipede 2'.

Eric Roberts is probably going to go down in history as an actor that has been in more movies
than anyone else ever. I think I had noticed he played in the sequel.

Some of the lame scary movies are ok to watch. Just something to watch when there is nothing
else. There's a lot of very lame and crazy movies that are not worth even attempting to watch
and for me, 'Human Centipede' ranks with those.

I like scary movies that have a good plot, not disgusting, and not a bunch of slasher stuff.

Yes 'Frequency' is a good movie. It is gripping and has a great plot. It is a movie that
really makes you think about time travel, our existence, and how the tiniest decisions
can make huge differences in our lives here and in the future.

Yes I saw the movie....fugitive. It was a good movie but a little hard to watch Harrison Ford
playing that part. I grew up watching the series on television and it was an excellent tv series.
Sooo it was not as good as the original series cast. Primarily:

David Janssen
and
Barry Morse

I think all the young and old ladies was in love with David Janssen.
And Barry Morse, most hated man.....great actor!

Look up the original series some time. You may be able to find some of the programs from the original
series. You'll see what I mean if you watch one or two of them.
