Nemam nista na kartici, pokusao sam nakon nekih 5 dana, ali i dalje isti problem.

Sličan slučaj i kod mene, mada nešto drugačija greška. Također nisam uspio zamijeniti karticu koja je istekla, za novu karticu mi javlja pri povezivanju da je nekakav error i da trenutno ne mogu napraviti povezivanje te da pokušam kasnije i tako već mjesecima. Preko maila nisu htjeli ništa nego su izričito rekli da moram zvati support. Nisam se time puno zamarao jer sam imao dvije kartice linkane pa sam sve prebacio na drugu, al kad i ova istekne morat ću ih zvati. U međuvremenu, prepaid karticu sam linkao bez problema ali ovu i dalje ne mogu.

Ja ne znam da li sve da prebacim na Skrill, ali oni su mi tek nekako nepouzdani, uvek koliko god imam na racunu, uvek cimanje dok ne dodju do ,,dzepa'' na kraju i od cele sume koji ce iznos na kraju da ostane...

Support od PayPal-a? Probacu i ja da pisem onda neki tiket ili nesto slicno njima, skroz je isti broj kartice, sve isto, samo produzena za 2 godine..

As you may have seen on the news, Wirecard AG filed for insolvency on Thursday. Your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® Card is issued by its subsidiary, Wirecard Card Solutions Limited (WCSL) in the UK. Today, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which regulates WCSL, issued requirements on WCSL, freezing all prepaid card activity for the time being. We believe that cardholder funds are properly safeguarded and that the freeze will be temporary.

What does this mean?
The FCA has communicated that they have taken these measures with the primary objective of protecting the interests and money of consumers who use Wirecard. Pending further actions from the FCA, you will temporarily be unable to withdraw the funds on your card, nor receive new payments onto your card.

Any funds that are in excess of the maximum balance of your card are held by Payoneer and are therefore not impacted by the FCA’s temporary freeze.

How can I get paid during this time?
Any future payments that you receive from marketplaces, platforms and clients will not be affected by the freeze. These funds, and any others already on your virtual currency balance, are available for bank withdrawal.

We are actively working on other solutions for you and your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we’ll update you with more information as soon as we have it.

meni je jučer odbiljena kupovina u prodavnici nisam znao o čemu se radi,kada sam došao kući pročitao sam navodno trebali bi riješiti to čim prije!

Koliko pratim u srpskoj grupi Payoneer na fejsu, nema jos mesta panici. Da, sve je zamrznuto, nije Pejonir u problemu vec ta Wirecard AG koja im pravi debit kartice, parice su nam na sigurnom, i prema najnovijim izvestaju ocekuju pozitivan rasplet iduce nedelje. Nemoj stavljati pare do daljnjeg na racun da ne odu ko zna gde, mislim da nista ne treba cackati sada...nadajmo se da nece dugo potrajati :?

...odem se ulogirat odmah nakon tog,traže me verif.kod koji su mi oni poslali emailom i PIN,ukucam i to,izbaci "Your accoucnt has been restricted,please contact our Support Team".

Poslao im mail,pošto se ne mogu ulogirati ni promijeniti password,u FAQ mi izbacuje da i kako moram verificirati svoj nalog,koji je odavno verificiran,pa sam još više zbunjen time.

Ideje,iskustva,ili mišljenja-sve je dobrodošlo..?

Htio bi pitat, kako znam da je ySens acc povezan sa Pay pal acc ?

Il se novac salje na registrovan paypal mail ? Skroz sam zaboravio xD

Pozdrav Imam problem sa isplatom sa Ysense na paypal,iako dobijem email da ćemi biti isplaćeno na moj papal

account,desi se refund novac se vrati na ysense account u roku od 3-4 dana od zahtjeva za isplatu zna li neko u čemu je

problem,slao sam ysense ticket ali ne odgovaraju,paypal email je sa imenom i prezimenom koji je uskladu sa onim što traži ysense?

Imam isti problem, dopisujem se 3 dana sa PayPal supprtom al nista konkretno da mi pomognu.
Ugl, dobijem odgovor da je transkakcija Flag-ovana. Javljao sam se i ySens supprtu ugl. je sa njihove strane sve ok i
da se obratim paypalu.

Sad imam jedno pitanje, da`l moram imat povezan PayPal sa bankovnim racunom.
I ima kakve veze, sto sam preselio iz BiH u Njemacki, tj. promjenio IP adresu, sa transakcijom.
Na PayPalu sam promjenio adr. ali kao drugu adresu sam ostavio BiH adr.

Nadam se odgovoru :)

Pozdrav ljudi, ako moze pomoc, ne znam zasto mi izlazi ova poruka kada pokusavam da prebacim pare na paypal
,, An error occurred You must have a valid PayPal account to redeem a PayPal card. Please check your email, first and last name.''
PP nalog je povezan sa karticom i ima isto, ime i prezime, kao i email, kao sto je i na ySensu.
