zezanje oko prijave na zadatke

pozz! ja nisam imala nikakvih problema prilikom prijave, ali sam procitala na glavnom forumu da je dosta njih imalo iste probleme kao i ti, mozda bi treblao da procitas postove sa te teme i vidis kako su drugi resili problem logovanja

upsss sad i ja imam problem kod logovanja, ali i ostali... sada je vec problem u CF... trebace vremena da se sve dovede u red, nadam se bez posledica ;)

kod mene sada taskovi rade bez problema... ajd da se nadam da ce biti sve ok :)

problem je ako se razlikuju mejlovi pod kojima ste ulogovani na facebook-u i clixsensu-u
neki put prodje, ali probajte da se odlogujete na face-u pa onda probajte da se ulogujete na CF

Kod mene nista ne radi. Dashboard prazan, kao da sam tek pocela da radim (a imala sam 90 % accuracy i level 3), pa ne mogu da otvorim zadatke.
Trazili su mi da promenim e-mail na Facebooku, promenila sam ga, sad vise ne mogu ni da se ulogujem.

Koliko sam ja videla na forumu, vlada opsti haos i panika. Mislim da je CF u startu pogresio jer nije pojasnio ljudima kako treba da se loguju i sta da rade ako imaju razlicite mail adrese CF i FB :?
ja nisam imala problem jer mi je mail isti, ali mnoooooogo ljudi je imalo i jos uvek ima problem.

na ovoj temi ima dosta toga, ne znam da li si citala i opcija kako se ulogovati, ako ne pomogne moras da kontaktiras CF support. Mislim da ce oni resavati svaki nalog posebno, a to ce na zalost potrajati. Bas su napravili totalnu zbrku :(

imam isti imejl i na fejsbuku i ovde ali i dalje nemogu da se ulogujem na zadatke.pokusao sam i poslusao savet da se odjavim sa fejsbuka ali dugme za logovanje za zadatke nereaguje.bar da izbaci neko obavestenje pa da znas o cemu se radi a ovako nista.

Odmah sam kontaktirala podršku, za sada su samo tražili koji je FB mail, a koji sam koristila za Crowdflower. Još uvek čekam odgovor.

Mislim da bi trebao da pokusas ponovo i da za svaki korak napravis screenshot i posaljes CF
Znas da lozinka koju unosis treba da bude CF a ne od FB? Ako ne uspes jedino ti ostaje da budes strpljiv i cekas. CF ce to resiti samo je pitanje koliko ce im trebati vremena s obzirom na broj ljudi sa problemom. Svaki put kada nesto promene nastane haos. :( Srecno!

ma koristim isti mejl i lozinku i ovde i na fb i stvarno su napravoli zbrku oko ovog.muce tolke ljude bespotrebnim stvarima.pisao sam im ali su me posavetovali da vidim forum-kakva pomoc od njih-a na svim forumima samo kuknjava,tek poneki sretnik je uspeo bez problema.jako sam ljut.

I use the same email and password and Crowdflower and on facebook and I do not know what the problem is to log in to be able to do zadatke.mnogi have the same problem.
I read messages on the forums and a lot of people have the same problem.ja wish you much success in your work soon and to enable us to continue to work

Ја користим исту емаил адресу и шифру и Цровдфловер и на фацебооку и не знам у чему је проблем да се представите да би могли да урадимо задатке.многи имају исти проблем.
Ја прочитао поруке на форумима и пуно људи има Исти проблем.ја вам пуно успеха у раду и ускоро да нам омогући да наставе да раде

ista sad?izgleda-je..te se kako znate i snalazite se pa ko uspe,uspe.strasno.bas sam razocaran.
ono je pitanje i odgovor i prevod ,koristim prevodilac ali sustina je ista kuknjava,gnjavaza i nemoc,zasad

Nije problem logovanja vezan za :clixsense: . Moras da kontaktiras Crowdflower support a ne ClixSense.

Pozdrav! Od skoro sam pocela da radim taskove, ali od juce nikako da se ulogujem. Probala sam i sa drugog sajta na kome radim i nikako da uspem. Izgleda da nas je sve vise sa ovim problemom.
A da, juce sam odradila normalno na drugom sajtu, kad sam htela na CS odradim Dashboard prazan, a znam da imam odradjene zadatke ( juce sam bar uspela da se ulogujem, a danas ni to ). Nemam nalog na FB, znaci logujem se direkto sa CS, i nikako da uspem vec sat vremena. Zna li neko u cemu je problem, i kako ga resiti?

Napisah post, ali pojma nemam gde se izgubio. Takodje imam problem sa logovanjem, jer uopste ne mogu da udjem na svoj nalog na CF-u. Jel` ima ko isti problem i kako da resimo. Juce sve bilo ok, a danas haos.

Moras da imas nalog na FB da bi se ulogovala na Crowdflower. Kada budes otvarala nalog na FB gledaj da ga otvoris sa istim mailom koji koristis za Crowdflower, izgleda da tada ima manje problema. Mnogo postova ima na tu temu na glavnom forumu. Srecno!

Evo ovo sam pronasla, mozda pomogne svima koji iamju problema sa logovanjem:

Follow exactly what Brian from CF told people to do in his post:
"If you have a separate FB and CF email, please enter your CF email in the box that asks for your email. This is how we'll match your FB account with your existing CF account. Otherwise you might accidentally create a new account. If you do accidentally create a new account, please submit a support ticket with both your CrowdFlower email and Facebook email."

If you CAN access support from your Crowdflower account (some people can, but many more cannot - they get a blank white page):

Send a message to support as Brian has instructed with both email addresses. If you can remember your original contributor ID that will probably help speed things along.

If you CANNOT access support from your Crowdflower account

Go to crowdflower dot com
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the CONTACT US link
Select "Contributor Support" from the drop down box and then type in your message - remember, since this support ticket is not connected automatically to your Crowdflower account they need as much detail as you can give them to help them find you as well as both emails addresses and your Contributor ID as well so they can match everything up.

I know it is frustrating, so many people are struggling with this facebook fiasco, but have patience and be prepared for a wait.

Crowdflower support will be working as hard and as fast as they possibly can to sort this out - I very much doubt any of them had much sleep last night.

Anger is understandable, but screaming at them won't solve anything, none of this was deliberate. It's happened, so now we all have to work together to get through it.

There are Contributors posting elsewhere to say they have heard back from Crowdflower support - they are all saying the same thing:

Both say Michael in Crowdflower support is sorting them out, be sure to remember to include your Facebook email, your new CrowdFlower account email and your original CrowdFlower account email (if different).

It is still going to take a while to deal with everyone, but things are on the move, people

Ja sam sad uspela da se ulogujem na Crowdflower preko Internet Explorera, koji mi je ponudio opciju logovanja preko CF ili Facebooka. Pojavio mi se stari Dashboard sa statistikom, ali i dalje ne mogu da radim na zadacima, posto i dalje dobijam odgovor "You do not have permission to work on this task." Nadam se samo da ovo znaci da se nesto radi na resavanju problema.

Ja bih ti preporucila da posaljes ticket CF i proveris da li je sa nalogom sve ok, a pre toga proveri na CF isti. Ako je tvoj stari nalog trebalo bi da mozes da vidis statistiku i uradjene zadatke.
