payza card lost in transit

mera card 17 april ko shipped hua tha or aj payza walo ki mail ai k ur card is lost in transit :( kia kisi or k sath bhe aesa hua hai? or kia payza wale again card issue karte hain ya ab kia ho ga can any one tell me what should i do now??

i got this email from payza. they r sending a substitute card :)



Hello Shahnila,

Thanks for your reply. My name is Meetu and I'm very happy to help you with that.

We will be sending a substitute prepaid card free-of-charge to the address in your Payza account. In order to facilitate a rapid delivery, please ensure that your address is up-to-date.
You will be able to use the substitute prepaid card as normal, however the card will only hold a balance in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
To ensure that you have no problems using your card, we will waive the currency conversion fees for any prepaid cards loaded from a USD balance.
Conversions will be done according to market rates. Regular fees will still apply as normal for all purchases and unloads.

Due to unforeseen issues we have come to the decision to decommission current USD Payza prepaid card in order to focus our efforts on creating a better program.
For those members who have not yet received your prepaid card, we apologize for the delay. When these issues arose, we put a hold on all deliveries. We will instead be sending you the substitute Payza prepaid card.
If you do not wish to receive a substitute prepaid card, please send an email to PrePaid.Support@Payza.com with the subject line "Cancel my Substitute Prepaid Card" immediately.

pushtu mai aik muhavera hy, da meegi kor da ghama khlas na ye (chiventi ka ghar gham se khaali nahi hota). inko hameesha he maslay rehty hy.
