hello i just upgraded and was wounder about the .50 cents comm for active referrals.. now is that referrals you get after upgrade or will i get it still for the referrals before the upgrade once they hit the required mark.. thanks

It means you get $0.50 for every referral. You get $2 when they upgrade and $1 for every other level upgrade. it only counts after your upgrade.

it goes like this .

*you have a referral and he/she is clicking adds and when he/she reaches $1 in their PTC Clicks ,as a premium sponsor you will get $0.50 as sign-up commission from them .

*you will get this every time when any of your referrals earns $1 in their account for their ptc clicks .

like this

*you will get this commission only from your LEVEL 1 referrals and from LEVEL 2 - 8 you will not get this sign-up commission .

*But from LEVEL 2 - 8 of your referrals found in this page you will get $1 if they purchase premium account for $17 .

Just to clarify few aspects:

As SathishMagleena said, sign-up commission is given for each direct referral (level 1 only) that makes 1 dollar from his/her clicks while you are Premium
You will not earn this bonus from referrals that already reached 1 dollar from add clicking while you were standard member.
Also, please note the word "while" and not "since".

The OP was talking about commissions, so yes that is what I was talking about.
