ClixSense survey about sports & gin

Locked

I am taking a ClixSense survey about sports & gin

This is not smart due to my views on spirits & fact I am proud member of Prohibition Party.

So ad just got negatives due to my biased.

No ad on alcohol going to work on me.

I have learned to not talk about hate of stores selling it though my family bought beer just to upset me.

Why are you taking the survey if the survey is about sports and gin and you don't like either?

I should be doing that one!

It was about sports.

How is gin & beer related to sports?

Sing along....

....from the land of sky blueee waaaterrsss....

Eh, maybe I am older than you.

Beer has been a part of sports, ever since I can remember. Mainly baseball but as time moved forward,
football became a large presence for beer too. Gin probably came into play before that, with the all time
great boxing (especially in the early part of the last century, 50's and 60's).

I can remember when I was not much more than 7 or 8 years old and the weekend baseball games....that
was in Chicago. My uncles would go to the ballgames and come to the house with their coolers of beer, watch
some more sports on tv like boxing. Some times they would just all meet at the house, have their coolers full
of beer, and watch the baseball games on tv.

Beer does rank up there with hotdogs at many sports events.

You know what, alcohol, the kind you drink, is like everything else. If you over indulge, it can result in very
serious consequences. It's not promoted on tv like it was in the 60's, just like the marlboro man rode off into
the sunset and died of lung cancer.

I've had a sister die from alcohol and I've had a brother die from drug overdose, both at a rather young age.
They were both over - indulgers, to say the least.

I do think some people are more prone, more susceptible to addiction. Maybe it's hereditary. I don't know.

But yep, booze seems to go along with the sport scene ..... hence: sports bars.

Beer and alcohol makers are the sponsors of many professional sports teams, leagues and events.

Perhaps the survey was being paid for by an agency with clients in the alcohol industry?

Ya, I did not get that survey so I don't know what they were asking.

You don't always know really what the survey companies are trying to find out for their clients.
Some times you can get a pretty good guess but not always and most always you never know for sure,
what they are trying to find out.

Well I will never buy beer, wine or spirits. My grandfather took his life due to it in 1985. I seen all bad consequences of that one bad even in his offspring lives. His wife need him to rain in the bad ways of there daughter who now ruined her retirement due to the face sale of beer legal. Temperance is good. The judge granted this daughter a divorce which they have no right due to separation of church and state. Only god or church who performed the marriage can grant a divorce. There church courts for this. She remaired made more kids. Divorced again. Kids end up in jail due to lack of parenting. Thankfully other relatives took in kids of second marriage and grandkids of first to raise them in god fearing home. All due to the liquid we call beer. Temperance is good. Spirits are from the devil.

I than seen what it done to my father since he started drinking few years ago.

It kills many a person due to drunk driving yet it legal.

They got drugs they waging wars on that natural not hurt anyone yet beer ok.

I wish they they let you write what thank of stuff so can give them honest opinion. Instead of using scale answers. When hell freezes over was not as part of scale you know.

Now from this posts does an ad appearance for beer or gin matter to me. Nope I will die feeling same way. Being stuborn as mule I get from all branches of family. And my stroke on enhanced it to trillionth degree. I thank God for the stroke daily. As it put me closer to him.
